Garage Giant

I was very happy the way they were packaged. Everything was good with no damage which is unusual for me. Instructions were easy to follow. They look amazing, would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for storage space In their garage.

I've order 3 seperate times from Garage Giant. Each order arrived quickly, and all items where packaged so they weren't damaged during shipping. I did call customer service because one cabinet pull wouldn't accept the screw, and was sent another immediately.

Easy to work with. Installed in a food trailer, it was perfect for it. Easy to cut and lay. One thing to think about, the black flooring does expand in warm weather. That may be an issue if you don't glue it down and it is in tight quarters other than an open floor where the edges don't meet anything.

Fantastic lift for all the Christmas boxes. Be sure to follow directions and you will not have any problems. It does take time to assemble everything but you will be satisfied with lift. I also called the company before ordering and they were so helpful.

I purchased a 10 piece set to be used as break room cabinets in our manufacturing facilty. The deep red color matched our company colors perfectly. The finish is very nice, different than anything else I could find on the market. I assembled all piece myself without issue. The first one had a learning curve, after that is was a simple process. The hardware is packaged better than I have ever seen for self- assembly furniture.

The two center strips I ordered came rolled up. That's fine,but when I unrolled them and put them out in the sun as they want you to do,the wrinkles never flattened out. I don't know if I can even use these as they are currently a tripping hazard if the can't flatten out smoothly.

I found the packaging superb, and details like placing the parts into plastic containers with partitions in them, along with a graphic that goes atop all the parts to label them, were helpful.

The assembly still took time, though I got a huge kit with some six pieces of furniture in it. If you are assembling, please be cautious of some YouTube assembly video tips. One displayed a disastrous idea related to placing the hinges onto the cabinets first, rather than onto the doors first (as the instructions ask you to do). Do as the instructions indicate, not the YouTube hints!

This is my second order of cabinets from Garage Giant, and, just like my first order, I am extremely happy with my cabinets. Ordering is easy, cabinets are shipped promptly, and always arrive well packed and undamaged. Easy to build and install and I always receive comments on how good they look!

Flooring is heavy and can be cut to desired size. I used mine to create a laundry area in the garage and to floor a utility closet. Looks great and the sandstone is not a typical garage floor color which is what I wanted.

Resurface by contractor failed and left a powder surface that couldn't be swept or blowered without creating a cloud of dust and dirtied clothes and shoes that were brought in the house. The contractors solution was to replace the garage floor at a higher expense.

Great looking and sturdy cabinets. Gave my garage a complete professional looking makeover. Ordered the red doors and the metallic finish is deep and attractive.

Not really a store. Drop shipped from manufacturer. If they ship the wrong product, not very helpful in resolving issue. Poor quality item. Cheap crap.

The cabinets exceeded my expectations. I've never seen better detailed instructions or parts organization in anything I ever put together before. This is not a run of the mill hardware store cabinet. These are legit. I love them!

The shelves arrived but the side arms were missing. I wanted for 3 days and they didn't arrive. One call to customer service and they took care of it. My project was done on time. I will definitely order again from garage giant.

Often things we buy online are a disappointment. In this case my garage cabinets far exceed my already hopeful expectations. Exceptional fit and finish. Engineered beautifully. My friends have already ordered there's.

Two of three products initially received were the wrong color but customer service took care of it immediately. Items were picked up by FedEx the next day and new correct items arrived just a few days later. Great price on a hard to find item.

Purchase was smooth until we opened the second carton. There was damage sandwiched between the two cartons that was not evident on delivery. We sent pictures and a replacement piece is supposed to be in process. I haven't received a shipping date yet.
