I ordered online, but had several questions and needed to arrange a shipping time when we would be available. The customer service via Chat and email were both personal and good with the representative following up as needed. When the product arrived we were amazed at how carefully and precisely it was all packaged to prevent any damage to the product. The shipping company was excellent as well, delivering after work and going above and beyond. We were very pleased all the way around.

I ordered two sets of the 5-piece cabinet sets, 10 total lockers. Packaging was one of the best I've seen for any online purchased product. After assembling the first cabinet I was able to build the remaining nine without the instructions, very simple assembly! Overall, very happy with the purchase and worth the money. (didn't receive the free light the website states they come with though)

Website provided options competing sites did not; also made it easier to find options I wanted. Shipping & delivery were timely, even amidst Covid-19 conditions. Everything arrived as ordered and in good condition. Pricing was fair but not especially competitive. Over all a great experience. Would buy from again & recommend

Good experience overall. Found the outdoor cabinets I wanted for less than what the manufacturer was charging. Delivery was quoted as being 2-3 months out due to product shortages, but ended up arriving sooner. The countertop was damaged in transit but was quickly replaced (I believe by the manufacturer). Customer service responded quickly via email and resolved my issues. Would definitely use Garage Giant again.

I ordered Hollon safe from this site. Safe came damage in one corner without change Key. When I contact they said you can return on your own expense with 15% restocking fee. That is almost $300 for no reason.
They send me safe with pre set combination and you can not change that if you change your warranty is no more valid!. Now they have my address and combination code for safe lol. Stay away from this site.

Order placed on the 04/10/21 item received 04/20/21 wrong item arrived was suppose to be a 4 gallon pale of adhesive and it was a 1 gallon. They said it was there mistake and the 4 gallon pale will be back in stock and ship by 04/26/21 even though on the site it says it's in stock. I'm yet to Receive any confirmation of shipping and its 05/03/21. Waste of time when you're trying to run a business. Avoid this company.

Customer service is quick and personal here. With the Covid and everyone shopping or delivery times were said to be longer however I sent an email requesting if any chance it could come sooner and he responded immediately and I did get my product sooner. Every time I emailed I got an immediate response happy with everything thank you

Garage Giant met or exceeded expectations. There was some damage to two lockers but they quickly offered an acceptable solution. I was very impressed with how easy the installation was but some of it required two people.

Every person I spoke with was very nice. The only problem I had was delivery took 1 month. Once I got my unit, there was damage not readily visible. I've been waiting for going on 2 weeks now, for the replacement. I'm told the pandemic is the cause for the delay in deliveries. Very nice product, though!

Garage Giant was wonderful to work with. Order confirmation, updates and customer service follow up was on point! Our item was received damaged and we had to reach out to the mfg for replacement parts and we'll let's just say. Their CS department hasn't been much help and almost 3 weeks later we're still waiting on parts.

I shopped around online for these cabinets where I discovered wildly varying prices. Garage Giant beat everyone else's price so I ordered. Shipping was a a little delayed due to COVID, but the company communicated very well with me. Packaging was amazing. Nothing even had a scratch. Only assembly was putting feet on base cabinets. Installation was a breeze. I was able to do it by myself. Cabinets are very well made with high quality materials.

After a long research I opted for the Swisstrax system for my garage and workout area. Swisstrax company was charging me about $300 extra for shipping, and Garage Giant as a Swisstrax distributor saved me that shipping cost. Thank you!
Items arrived in great condition, and delivery took less than a week from the time I placed my order.
Note: I missed to place an extra item on my original order, I called them and they added it at no charge.
