Been looking for a set of garage cabinets for a while now and found Ulti-mate brand looks best. All stores seem to have the same prices on them, even the big guys, but garage giant had a coupon for $25 off so went with them. Pretty good site to use too.
My wife and I have wanted to cover our garage floor with tiles for a while now, finally taking the plunge and we called Garage Giant for some help. Spoke to a good guy there who walked us through the options and even arranged for us to get a discount as it was a large order. We're pleased with our choice and happy to recommend the guys at Garage Giant.
I consulted Steve from Garage Giant before I purchased a set of garage cabinets not wanting to receive it before my garage floor is done. After I send in my order, the vendor unexpectedly have the item in stock and sent it through for delivery within 2 business days. I called Steve and he was able to retract my order. Once my garage floor is done, I followed up with an email and received my shipment within 3 days. I am happy about their excellent customer service and prompt response when I needed the help. Thanks!
Spoke with these guys when ordering a Montezuma tool box and found them informative and patient. They were able to guide me to the best box for my needs (mostly indoor but a little outdoor work, sturdy, weatherproof) and were the best price I could find. Recommend them for sure.
I used Garage Giant to find edges for some garage floor tiling I had bought (not from garage giant). There was a lot of choice but it was pretty simple to navigate on the site. That makes a big difference I find. I'll be back I'm sure.
Product showed up on time and damaged free; one suggestion is to have 2 people put the product together - it's not a one man job! With 2 people putting them together, it was easier to assemble. Hint: watch the tube video prior to set up!
We need some easy flooring for our home gym and chose g-floor levant rolls because they're easy to install and clean and look nice in the home. We got the best price we could find with garage giant. Glad we found them.
Great looking and sturdy cabinets. Gave my garage a complete professional looking makeover. Ordered the red doors and the metallic finish is deep and attractive.
I have not yet received my order. I have been in communication with Garage Giant, New Age and shipping company. Everyone is passing blame to the other. It seems to have been misdirected, or mislabeled.

I just bought some G-Floor rolls from Garage Giant after they had some samples sent to me for free and they are exactly what I need. Spoke to Steve who I think is the owner and he was pleasant and willing to help. Great experience.
It was alright. Order confirmation said that they would e-mail when it was shipped... but that was not the case. I had contacted the manufacturer of the tiles and was quoted a much lower price, but had received the order the next day after receiving the quote and so was not able to cancel it. Would probably go with another company on my next order.
I searched for overhead garage storage and found the best deal was with Garage Giant. Super sturdy, easy to assemble and even had a YouTube video to refer to. Combine that with fast shipping and low prices compared to others made for a win.

Originally I received only part of my order. I called Steve at garage giant and he worked to figure it out... I was expecting to have to call and checkup that was not the case. I received a call first and Steve has taken care of it and I received the other part of the order that had something to do with the manufacturer... thank you for all your help I will always recommend garage giant
Well made heavy duty cabinets. I like how solid and durable the Bamboo counter top seems. I do wish that there was some way of connecting it. I will probably drill some holes from inside the cabinets and connect the top.
I spoke with a few sites looking for Ulti-mate garage cabinets and was most impressed with garage giant as they went out their way to see if my chosen set would fit the space in my garage and reassured me about the delivery process. I was happy to work with them therefore.
Very impressed with the quality of the cabinets and workmanship. Lots of parts to assemble, but the hole alignment and overall fit was perfect. All four cabinets we purchased arrived with no damage and we found them easy to assemble (about 1 hr. Each).

Keep watching for a tracking number all I had was a order number! I was told that it had ship that all! Yesterday my wife sad there a truck out front! She asked is it for us he said yes! Said it would have been nice if I received a phone call to when it would be here! I am glad I was home!
Had a good experience with these guys. I received a box of garage floor tiles with a misshapen one in it. Garage Giant didn't squabble for a second, they got a new one sent out and I had it by the end of the week. Great service.
I just bought a NewAge cabinet set for over $4k from these guys. I spoke with someone called Steve on the live chat and he was very professional. Was able to get me a custom price quote (I ended up going with the regular unit anyway). It was a good experience.

Hi Patrick. We're sorry you didn't have the best experience with Garage Giant. Re: the tracking codes we have to hold our hands up and say yes we have struggled to get tracking codes from our suppliers recently as it's the busiest time of the year and they don't always send them promptly. That's not your problem though so apologies for that. Re: the price, we sell the tiles you bought at the minimum price the manufacturer will allow us (or any retailer) to so I can only assume you caught the tail end of a sale or something like that. Regardless I hope you are happy with how the products are performing in your garage and thank you for the feedback.
