I ordered something from Home! Your merchant/seller advertised one product so I ordered. After placing order I started reading new reviews saying that was not product being sent out. I sent text asking Home rep said said it would be fine. It was not! I sent over 50? Messages to home just to be told we will advise appropriate people?! The seller was still online still advertising the item. To me thats fraud! And I get the same template we are sorry matter will be looked into we will give refund but I think the seller should be made to send product they are advertising or this is a case of fraud and inappropriate selling tactics!

I ordered one item they said I would receive about a month later, that was bad enough but then on my account they changed the arrival date to a full 2 months after I ordered it. Keep in mind people, this stuff is coming to the USA on a SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA! Then, you cant call the company because they don't have phone support. FORGET ABOUT WISH.COM they suck! IF you do order I suggest going through a reputable credit card company that has your back or go through PayPal, they usually will back you as well. Remember, don't believe their projected delivery date, it's probably gonna be way longer.

I purchased face masks that 1st went to Texas when they were released I got a message the US Postal is still waiting to get these items so they can ship them to me I ordered the through this site because I am in the high risk
Level I get a automated response and you are not allowed tn only predetermined response that do not have anything to do with why you are attempting to have real live person with half a brain to assist you in getting the information you need

I was shopping for home decor items for about a month, no problems. I purchased 3 sets of outdoor lights, each from a different vendor or supplier from China. I received notification that my orders had gone through and were due to be shipped. That was a weekend. I loaded my debit card on file with the company to pay bills due that following week. On Tuesday, my husband called and told me his phone payment failed, and then found out that so had his vehicle payment. This is a common problem, notably with China vendors, on this site. Vendors have access to our financial information. Home/Wish does not have any payment protection or security in place. Vendors can take your financial information AND GO SHOPPING! Happened to me. Yesterday and I've contacted the companies to seek help to no avail. I've gotten a complete runaround! I spent a lot of money to decorate a home we just bought in April. Once the last of my purchases arrive, I'm OUT $160 and my payroll debit card from my workplace IS NO LONGER SECURE! I have to change it due to this company's TOTAL LACK of financial protection for their customers! I mean, whoever it was took my debit info and shopped a website in JAPAN selling sneakers & made purchases from a competing home decor site to sell online, to further their business. And the runaround I got makes the idea of such a vast array of low-priced items NOT ONE BIT WORTH THE HASSLE that comes with it.

NEVER buy from the wish home app! I ordered led lights, I thought for $ 18 CAD I was getting 8 small led lights and the seller sent only one light with $ 5 shipping, the total cost was $ 23 CAD for just one light! It's outright theft! I also paid for a 120CM clock! But I received a 60CM clock! Not the right product! Do not buy on this application there is a lot of scam besides the customer service of "home" = WISH.inc does not answer you! AVOIDED! If i could i would give zero stars!

J'ai commandé des lumières Del, je croyais que pour 18 $ CAD Je recevais 8 petite lumières Del et le vendeur en a envoyé une seule lumière avec 5$ de livraison, le coût total était de 23$ CAD pour seulement une lumière! C'est du vol pur et simple! J'ai aussi payé pour une horloge de 120 CM! Mais j'ai reçu une horloge de 60 CM! Pas le bon produit!
