Very frustrating to enter information into your returns website and then be transferred to a chatbot which immediately started asking me for the same info I just entered... when Morgan got on the line, he had to put me on hold to get the info... Morgan did fine once he looked up the info at my request... having to repeat their problems just makes your already unhappy customers angry which then makes your returns people's jobs also more frustrating... hopefully my issue will be resolved.

Vanity is very functional, one thing I really like is the fact that it is all leather which makes it very soft and quiet when drawers are closed nicely padded and soft. Stool very comfortable. Inicialmente esperé por el producto casi 4 meses, no dieron la dirección de entrega final, por lo que el producto estuvo de Francia a Barcelona un par de veces.
Después de que dieron el producto por perdido, Homary decidió reemplazar y hacer envió de un nuevo producto, pero sin motivo y sin explicación por parte de la agencia de transporte y de Homary el primer producto enviado llego a mi dirección. Finalmente el producto es tal como se describe y buena calidad. Me ha gustado.
Pero si deben tener mejor coordinación a la hora de la entrega ya que esto genera mucha inseguridad en tu compra. Gracias
