Purchased a x-large CCM jock for my son using the sizing chart and it is to small - they won't accept returns on jocks even though it is still in the bag and the tags are still on it - will not be buying from this company again.

Ordered CCM flagship ice pants only to have the stitching come apart after 2 games. After several weeks of emails and phone calls I received an email from *******@MonkeySports.com asking for pictures and informing me of normal wear and tear, blah, blah blah. I sent the picks and a description of my use and never heard back. 3 weeks later, multiple phone calls and emails and nothing, total BS!
I've since contacted CCM and had an RMA within 24 hrs and should have my new replacement pants in 3 days.
I still have to cover the shipping cost one way, additional $45 but at least I got a quick response and new equipment.
Please use your local shops and go direct to them or the manufacture with issues.
Like their name implies, a bunch of MONKEYS!

Don't Trust Them
May 11, 2020

I won one of their customer contests for submitting a review of one of their products. They never delivered the prize. I complained to the BBB and they ignored the complaint. Don't trust this organization. Pure Hockey will be my new place to get all my hockey equipment as well as my friends and family.

I purchased a stick from the site it took a month to get it and then I played 2 hockey games and it broke and they told me they couldn't replace it because it's 30 days from the date of purchase but it took forever to get it. I have the stick in my possession for under 30 days when I got.

They stink!

If your item doesn't work out for you, forget an easy return process, and forget about just simply exchanging. You have to pay to mail back the item, wait for a credit (while hoping the item you need doesn't go out of stock in the meantime) and then purchase the item you need, and yet again, pay for shipping. We returned our item which at this point they can't locate AND without an order number they can't help you. Even when I offered the RMA# that THEY provided me with--they said they couldn't look anything up. This is soooo not worth the minimal savings... spread the word in the hockey community!

Greedy and Hateful
December 19, 2019

Placed an order of various items for my two kids at 10pm. Called around 9am the next day to modify the colors of some items. I was told that I needed to place a new order. I asked if I could cancel the order, and was told that the company receives 1,000's of orders per day and could not accommodate me. The representative also stated that my order had been pulled for shipping, yet FIVE weeks later I am still waiting for some parts of the order. Oh, and it won't pay for shipping the items back, which cost me $105. STAY AWAY

Wouldnt let me return pants after I paid 40 dollars to ship them back. They were unused and sat in my garage. They told me they smelled so they couldnt accept them. I didnt even put them near my hockey bag but I guess they can say it doesnt smell new anymore. Well go figure I took them out of the packaging and they sat in my garage for a couple days.

Order a new stick paid for two day shipping in Dec 18th... called them on the 23rd. No stick... it's now the 28th no stick. Seems they have no idea where it is nor does UPS. Gaint $#*!show. Monkey sports customer service useless. No refund. No stick stay away they are horrible.

Sent wrong size, no one answered email, attempts at online chat, and four days of attempted phone calls waiting on hold to no avail. Answered today after another hour of hold, told there was no refund on pants. THEY SENT ME WRONG SIZE! I have ordered hundreds of items online, never had such HORRIBLE customer service!

I ordered a few things online with HockeyMonkey because the prices in Australia meant that even though the shipping is expensive it is still cheaper than here. Also, they just don't have the sizes for my son who is only 5. Well... I got a few things wrong in my order so panicked and sent an email. I received a quick reply from Sommer letting me know she was trying to track down my order. In the mean time I found something else wrong in my order so decided I should ring. I talked with Andrea who was very helpful and was then on a mission to track down my order. Instead of leaving me on hold she got my number and all I could think was "she won't call me back". 35 minutes later Andrea called... Andrea had tracked it down and proceeded to patiently correct all my errors and get the order correct. Andrea said it won't ship until the next day as it was late in the afternoon. Well I checked the order the next day and found that it was in fact sent the previous day. The speed of the delivery was exceptional as well. With the order complete at Monday lunch time in Australia, the delivery happened on Thursday afternoon... That is just ridiculous. I have never had such an exceptional online shopping experience and I tend to buy nearly everything online. WELL DONE HOCKEYMONKEY... Congratulations to you. My sincerest thanks. Brian

Incredible terrible experience. They canceled our order after 10 days, but only after 7 days of phone calls, chats and e-mails filled run around and questions with reasonable no answers.

I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AND BUYING FROM SOMEONE WHO VALUES CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS THAT ARE CURRENT
I purchased a hockey helmet that only had 2 of the expected 6 years left on the HECC sticker. I bought the helmet in good faith thinking my son could use it for his 4 years of high school. I noticed immediately that the HECC sticker had limited life and thought it was only fair that they paid the return shipping fee considering they sent me a helmet with 2/3 of its life expectancy already used. When they refused to cover the return shipping I asked to speak with a supervisor, at which point I was informed there is no one else to speak with and nothing they could do.

Still waiting

Ran out of the shoulder pads I wanted so was offered another cheaper set for THE SAME PRICE! Then they ran out of these pads and haven't contacted me back, so the equipment I need in a weeks time must be collecting dust in a warehouse somewhere.

I ordered a 300 stick last Monday Dec 9th 2019. Tried calling several times yesterday due to no tracking number given or delivery. Sat in line on hold to talk to someone for an hour never got anyone. Called again this am and basically got nowhere. Just we will give you an update when we have an answer? This is unacceptable. Not only should it have been here by now it hasn't even shipped! I want to cancel my order since hasn't shipped and they said no because they are not sure it hasn't shipped? Again no tracking number its went out! One guy ( drew) said I can Cancel and the other online ( jordan) said no I cant. If an item is late and still hasn't been shipped & arrived by the time frame give me my money back! So they are holding my money and not delivering my item on time or are unsure even when ill get it! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! You will get zero customer service or support. My suggestion was to get that item out on a 2 day ship asap... no response... crickets... Seriously 300.000 isnt enough money spent to get some support or correct your mistake on not shipping the item yet?
