They lost my parcel and didn´t even reply to my emails. They are making me responsible for the delivery service, when it is their responsability.

My parcel has been missing for like 15 days, with absoultely no news, and nobody is taking care.

Extremely dissapointed.

Terrible Product.

Fits like a glove is the furthest thing from how the product is worn. My tailor could tell right away that the pants were hand sewn and that the craft was horrible. It cost me nearly $40 to tailor the pants of which I only was refunded $16 even though the website says $20. It wasn't just that the pants were baggy but even the zipper was sewn on improperly to where the zipper cover was not flush with the pants but sticking up. The button was placed so the pants would fit properly but the actual width was larger than my size. Stay away from this company.

Not a "Custom Fit" Suit

I ordered a "custom fit" suit from Hockerty. There is absolutely NO WAY this suit was cut for me. I gave specific measurements which I have used before, so I know they are accurate and true. The suit I got was at least 2 or 3 sizes too big everywhere. Pants were too long and too wide, jacket sleeves were too long and too wide, jacket chest was too wide, waistcoat vest was too wide. Everything was huge. When I contacted customer service, it took them 24 hours at least to respond to every message I send, and they told me they wouldn't refund my money, even though this suit was clearly not cut for me. They offered a "free remake" but it would take 2 more weeks of time that I don't have, since I needed this suit on a deadline - and I ordered 6 weeks in advance, so it's not like I waited until the last minute. Once I told them that I didn't have time to wait for a remake, and that I didn't trust their work anyway and therefore didn't want a remake, they ignored me. Only after I left a bad review on TrustPilot did they respond to me and offer to reimburse me for the exorbitant tailoring costs necessary to make this suit fit me. They then told me they would pay for tailoring *only if* I agreed to take my review down. I told them I would - and they still ignored me and have since refused to contact me or cover the tailoring costs. This company is a scam and fraud - I encourage ALL to NOT SPEND MONEY with this horrible company.

DO NOT BUY

First of all, I ordered a pair of "custom made" shoes from Hockerty.com and it stated that it would take about 2 weeks for them to be "made". About a week later, I get this pair of shoes that were CLEARLY used! I thought it was very odd, that they could - make a pair of shoes so quickly and then ship them internationally! They were literally off the shelf, USED shoes. They had scratches on the leather, the heel had a crack in it and there were wrinkles in the leather because of the poor quality in joining the shoe to the heel. I reached out to customer service which was absolutely terrible. They kept claiming that the shoes were custom made, but in fact they weren't even what I ordered. I ordered a wide shoe and what showed up was a narrow or standard width at best. I am currently disputing to try and get a refund based on the fact that these shoes were used to begin with (have photos to back it up) and they were absolutely terrible quality! Even the name on the inside of the shoe was a complete knockoff! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.

Do Not Buy

Although the online experience was easy, fun and very user friendly, the product is an absolute joke. Wasn't expecting the best material for this price but I might as well go to the garment district in LA. The jacket has a very odd amount of cushioning in the shoulders to start. The seams aren't even close to symmetric Stitching all around look like the person sewing was 3 bottles deep. And then to the pants... These pants couldn't be more off the measurements I gave. The crotch is about a foot lower than anything I've ever seen. They're too long. An extra person could fit in there width wise.

Overall, just don't buy anything from them. Not a snowballs chance in hell I'd give them anything above a 1 star, and only a 1 star because that is the lowest you can go.

Clothes do not fit

I wouldn't say Hockerty is a scam, but the tailoring is so bad that it's a total waste of money to order custom from them, you would get a better fit buying standard sizes.

I ordered a shirt, vest and pants. Despite careful measurements, the waist on the pants was 2 inches too large, the shirt sleeves were too wide and too long, the shirt itself as too long. Basically, despite paying extra for custom tailoring, the clothes don't fit and I can't return them. The quality of the fabric looks ok, but I can't speak to the durability.

Ordered a tux online and received a poorly made tux of a very poor fabric(besides not made to measure). The fabric was nothing like I expected. I dealt with customer service and they were very responsive, but because I requested a refund or a different fabric their rules would not allow it. So I had to open an investigation with Amex. The customer service reps and shipping were great, but the tux was unwearable,

Bad Service

I ordered a suit and waistcoat for my sons wedding which was in 24 days. I was initially informed it would take 15 days then found out it was coming from its china workshops. The 15 days turned into 20 days and then finally arriving the day after my sons wedding. I had to get another made up suit from Jacamo. I sent many emaills and messages to Hockerty but they dont reply to most of them they are just ignored. I would never use them again and suggest to others to think of other options

Disappointing
October 13, 2023

The suit is OK. It's nothing spectacular which is sad due to the price that you pay. My biggest gripe is their shoes/boots and customer support. First, they take anywhere from 1 day to 5 days to forget about you and not respond to your inquiries. They need to update their sizing helper/assistant/program that is supposed to help you pick the right size. Works well for centimeters but inches, it does not. The shoe size was 4 sizes too small due to their poorly made website. I knew that the shoe was too small yet they still said take it to a shoe repair to stretch it out. I humored them and a week later, surprise surprise, it still doesn't fit. I told customer support and didn't hear back for 6 days. Once I did, they said return them and they will make new ones, fine, but I was never given instructions on what to do, no return label or even an address to send it too. When I asked I was again ignored for 4 days. What a waste of money and time.

Had to take so many steps to fix things. First they made me go to my tailor to see if they could fix it. When my tailor said they couldn't fix it, Hockerty made me pay to have it shipped back to them for it to be fixed by their own tailors. Once I shipped it back, they couldn't track it and made me find the information for them. Finally they were able to track the garment and mentioned that it would take "much longer" to fix this than the first time. This was sent back to them on December 24 and I still haven't heard when it may be finished. I know I took a risk going with a company like this but didn't realize how bad they were until I had to deal directly to them to resolve an issue.

Hockerty is a SCAM!

Received suit is so far off that makes no sense to submit to a Taylor for small adjustments. Requested Hockerty an address to ship suit back and they neglected to privide an address. Hockerty is a disaster. Never purchase from them!

I ordered 2 cashmere coats from this unscrupulous website, not only it was late by more than 2 weeks, the coats were ill fitting, dirty, buttons are misaligned and falling off. Cashmere doesn't feel, look and weigh like cashmere, more like cashmere -wool blend. I tried to return but they will not hear it, they wanted me to ship it somewhere in Spain at my own expense for repair. It's just plain horrible to pay for some else's mistakes! It was the biggest trash I have ever seen. BEWARE AND STAY VERY FAR AWAY!

Fitst time with online tailoring. Strated with two shirts to test the waters. They are by far my favorite shirts. The feel the fit, excellent. The fact that you can customize everything is great. I decided to get a suit next. Unfortunately it did not fit, whether I just did the measurements wrong or they did I was quite concerned. I went to the tailor and got a receipt for $85. They replied back quickly to me and let me know they will be getting me the $85 back. Customer for life now. A company that delivers what they promise is a company I stay loyal to!

The first suit did not fit at all - I had to pay an additional charge to get a suit which is more or less ok but the quality for a "so called" handmade suit is a not good at all. I will never order anything at tailor4less and I want to warn everybody.

I also had a not-so-good experience with Tailor4less. They claim a perfect fit guarantee. They claim that if it doesn't fit, they'll remake it. However, that was not my experience. I have pants that are too tight and Tailor4less won't help. They only give you 7 days to file for a remake. However, they want you to try to have a local tailor alter them first. So I took them to a tailor and she let the pant legs out as much as she could, but they were still too tight. Now Tailor4less happily points out that I am beyond my extremely short 7 day remake period and they say they wouldn't remake them anyway, since they've now been altered in an attempt to get them to fit. So basically, I'm stuck with pants that are too tight!

I received a coat from this company and it had so many flaws two tailors found it hard to believe any tailors was involved in the production but the biggest flaw which could not be fixed was the pockets had been placed so high they cut right across the waistband and they failed to put any loops for the belt at the front of the coat because had they done this they would of sat right on top of the pockets, so they knew they was sending out a substandard coat when I contacted this company and sent them pictures they refused to give me a refund asking me to send the coat to another country at cost to me! This company also remove all pictures from the site and all negative comments in my experience this company is dishonest, selling substandard coats and just trying to wear the consumer out so they discontinue trying to get refunds. AVOID THIS and Sumissura.

I was told my suit was tailoring and would be moving to quality check soon. I checked back the day after my delivery day came and went and my suit was still "tailoring". At first I chocked it up to volume issue, but then another week passed and still nothing. It was about two weeks late and the order tracker still showed that my order was indeed in tailoring, so I asked about it. That's when I found out they hadn't even started on my suit yet. I understand having volume issues or things happening outside of your control, but don't lie to your customers about their order status. That completely dissolved any trust I had in Hockerty. They should have communicated with me as soon as they knew it wouldn't make the promised delivery time. That is basic customer service. It has now been TWO AND A HALF MONTHS and I still have no suit AND they're refusing to cancel my order and give me a refund. Ridiculous company, don't take the risk, they have no idea what they're doing.

Horrible
March 7, 2019

I order a polo on november, receive at home 6 weeks later (3 weeks later than the date announced on the website)
Bad proportion, mistake such as bad place for the initials and not a good size.
I send back the polo with all the mistake and I juste received one back now (07/03/2019), this one have also couple of mistake such as the size (way to big) and no refund available.
Definitly avoid this service, big deception for me.
