We spent in excess of £600 on 8 custom waistcoats for a groom and the wedding party. They all came incorrectly sized and even had incorrect initials (which we paid extra for!). They acknowledged it was wrong but failed to respond to emails and didn't send out the replacement items in time. THEY RUINED THE WEDDING OUTFITS AND WE STILL HAVEN'T HAD AN APOLOGY OR EVEN AN OFFER OF A REFUND! COMPLETE JOKE!
After carefully following the process, I received just dress shirt that my 12-year-old son would not fit into. As I was traveling and wasn't able to open the package for a few weeks after I received it, apparently there is no way to return or have re-cut a Hockaday product after 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT! I have been unable to contact their service department, as they make it very difficult, very difficult to get any service support at all. Very, very disappointed in the whole process.
I ordered a suit in April. It arrived 4 weeks later and was too big, too long, unevenly cut and generally horrible. Hockerty offered to remake it, but I needed to pay 50 euros for shipping. I did that. The next suit arrived mid June, and was still too big. The measurements I provided, and which were correct and checked multiple times, were not applied. I was tight on time, so I decided to ask Hockerty that I will take the suit to a tailor myself, but they said if I do, I will only be reimbursed in store credit, because the suit qualifies for another remake. Another remake would've been another 50 euros in shipping costs. Hockerty refused to send a refund in cash, saying the conditions of the guarantee were clear, and informing me that the refund in cash would've been possible if I chose it the first time, but since I had one remake already, they need to do the second one as well.
I paid 350 for the suit, 50 for the fist shipping, and 130 in remake costs. I got store credit of 87 euros.
Poor quality, poor customer service. Pants ripped first time wearing them. They didn't care, gave me no discount to reorder. Kataya did nothing to help make the situation better. STAY AWAY
Terrible company - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS - my order was incorrect - had to provide documentation and photo to them - they agreed - sent me a list of alteration contacts - most not in business - many hours of my time wasted - went to alteration specialist who stated that it could not be corrected. They refused to refund or accept return. Wasted hours of my time and $ down the drain.
Ordered a coat. It arrived late, it arrived missing key design aspects of the order, the lapels were only half pressed, the buttons were inaccessible, the fabric was wrinkled and has a small tear. A cheap coat from Primark would have been made better! They forced me to pay for the return international shipping (to their obviously non-existent quality control department), despite the issue being their fault! I only paid to send it back out of my own pocket, because their 'customer service' promised to make a free re-make and donate the faulty coat.
Bear in mind I ordered the coat in December, It is now early March, 2 weeks after the new coat details were agreed (yes agreed / accepted!), I got a message requesting further payment before they make the coat. What the heck is this? Tailor4Less are liars, worst company I have ever dealt with. Refused to give me a contact number, refused to take responsibility, refused to give me a refund and now that I have done my part, they are going back on their word and bullying me to pay them more. Good lord, I have absolutely no confidence in their ability to create the coat as depicted on the sales website, yet alone in their word.
Utterly terrible, stay a way, it is just not worth the months of wasted time and horror!

Don't order from Sumissura. It is so bad. Like the pictures you see on google with things ordered from China that look nothing like the picture. I lost 400 on a hideous suite.

We ordered a suit for my sons wedding. We were charged appropriately for the extras, including custom lining and functional buttonholes on the sleeves. The suit we received did not have either of them. In addition, the fit of the suit is not the modern, more trim style that everyone is wearing these days, and that is represented on Hockerty's website (see first pic below) Instead, the one we received is the traditional fit - longer in the waist and looser in the chest and arms (see 2nd pic below). Instead of correcting these issues, as promised in their "perfect fit guarantee", Hockerty refunded the money we paid for the custom lining and functioning buttonholes and claimed that we never ordered them. They also refuted our claim about the fit by saying that their manager said it looked fine. There is no way to contact Hockerty, other than their chat feature on their website, and then you aren't talking to a real person. And it takes them several days to get back to you via email. The worst customer service I have ever received. Do not waste your money on Hockerty. My son-in-law ordered his custom suit from Indochino.com with awesome results. Go there instead.
I'm a really happy client and I keep buying really so much products from this brand! I highly recommend this company for anyone getting started in custom clothes.

The website was easy to navigate.
The website had the videos showing how to measure the body. That was helpful.
Delivery process was pretty much smooth. It was delivered in 3 weeks after the order was confirmed.
The tracking site was a bit weird because it provided the original expected date and changed the date to three days later and got delayed again to another three days later but came in the second suggested date yet the website still think that it hasn't been delivered.
The packing was alright. It came in a black bag in the picture and that was wrapped in a plastic bag.
Quality:
I've made custom made suit by a similar online service in Japan, so I knew my size. However, I put a little bigger numbers because I thought I could alter if it was a little bigger but it's impossible otherwise. Thus, it needs to be altered.
The fabric and and style were quite accurate as the image displays in the website.
As you can see in the picture, it's got wrinkles when it arrived from being packaged up for a long time.
Overall, it was pretty good experience with them. To be honest, it's not the finest suit I've ever seen but it's what you can get for the price.

I customised the inner lining.

I ordered a custom made shirt to hopefully overcome the problem of sleeves that are too long for me with off the shelf shirts. The shirt arrived on the day specified, however the measurements I had submitted had clearly not been used. The sleeves were too long, body too long and the shape of the pocket not what I had specified. In addition, the shirt smelled very strongly of smoke. The sleeves and length of the shirt measure exactly the same as an off the shelf shirt, so I have paid for a custom - made shirt and received nothing more than I could have purchased on the high street for less than half the price. Sumissura refused to accept that the error was theirs and refused to issue a refund. Their only suggestion was to for me to take the shirt to a local tailor for adjustment, despite me stating that I did not feel this was acceptable and would end up costing me even more, as the refund they offer to cover these costs (£12) does not come near to the cost of the adjustments in the UK. I have now received the £12 from Sumissura but am disappointed by the whole affair and am glad that I did not order a suit, as I had originally planned to do.
I ordered 2 suits from Hockerty. After both were made wrong, the company discontinued the fabric I had selected for one suit and insisted I order a different suit. Hockerty refused to issue a refund for any reason, even their own uncorrectable error.
Hockerty consistently refused a refund for the 2nd suit for any reason, until after I posted this review. Correlation is not proof of causation, but I know of no other reason for the refund. Either way, I am glad to have finally gotten a refund.
The other suit was remade by Hockerty. It too is wrong. Hockerty will refund 25% of the value of the suit for alterations, but not for remakes. So if they make 1 mistake, you can get a refund for the cost of having a local tailor fix the problem. If they make 2 mistakes, you can only get a store credit. Somehow Hockerty thinks it is fair to refuse a refund because they keep making suits that do not fit.

Do not have Hockerty make you a suit or piece of clothing for an event! I ordered a custom made suit about a month in advance of our wedding. The first problem is that they didn't make the rise/crotch the correct size. It was several inches too short/tight. The second problem is that when I contacted them and told them I needed a replacement in 10 days before the wedding, they said it was impossible and I had to wait 3 weeks. Hard to believe when their normal turn around time is two weeks. The third problem is that they told me to take the pants to a tailor to adjust. There isn't even a half an inch in the crotch that can be let out, so it is impossible for a tailor to fix. The fourth problem is that they waited 48 hours to tell me that they couldn't help me. They should have told me immediately, so I could work on trying to find my fiance a fitted suit in less than 10 days! The fifth problem is that they lied - they said I inputted 27.7" when I absolutely didn't. I have a screenshot that shows this measurement was not inputted; all the other measurements are shown but not this one. The sixth problem is that their online chat agent told me the day after I contacted them about the error "not to worry. Hockerty will help you." They proposed no viable solution to getting the pants in time as explained above. The seventh problem is that there is no phone number so you can only email back and forth with someone in another country. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANY IMPORTANT ORDER!

Suits are marked up 2500% Cheapest quality, material, workmanship. Customer service is ridiculous. They say they cant refund because the suit is tailored... its not tailored at all. Complete rubbish. They offer 25 percent tailoring costs... it their incompetence that caused the problem. They offer the suit to be remade... why would you want another rubbish suit made... and at who cost. They offer a credit to your Hockerty account... Why would anyone wantt to deal with them ever again. Its a scam. You will be disappointed. Dont bother. Shop locally or from shops with better reviews that this disaster.
I have worn suits for about 25 years, almost every day of my life. I must have owned around 50 suits in that time and tried on 100s, this is by far the worst suit i have ever tried on and definatley the worst quality. DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER. Theres no response the company can give me that the already havent... apart from a refund and an apology and a promise to stop ripping people off.
Let me chime in on their customer service... I found Tailor4Less online after reading an article about the new industry of online custom tailoring. I was skeptical, because one expects not only a high level of craftsmanship in a custom suit, but also a high level of customer service in a tailor. These articles said they offered both. I am getting married in May, and my fiance decided to order from their company. After paying for 2 suits to be made for himself and his best man, he was told that they "ran out of fabric" for the third suit for his groomsman. With only weeks to go before the wedding, their representatives have not budged to help accommodate him in choosing a new fabric for all 3 suits. Instead, my fiance and his best man have to pay for the 2 suits, and then have a 3rd made in another fabric. For anyone who knows the art of wedding clothing, this is UNACCEPTABLE. I am astonished at their poor customer service, and I will rail about it all over the internet, since it seems, we have no other option at this point. It is a new industry to be sure, and they are leading the way in setting the lowest standards possible. Thank you, Tailor4Less, for destroying the time-worn craft of tailoring. We might as well buy our suits at Walmart.
Actually, I would like to write a very positive review about well-fitting suits. Unfortunately I feel cheated by the Hockerty company. I had already ordered my first suit with the paid extra "suspender buttons". When these weren't available and I couldn't find anything about them later on the internet when overviewing my order, I still thought I had made a mistake myself. When I ordered three suits and one pair of pants, after all, in the order of more than 1700 €, I of course checked 10 times whether I really ordered this extra. And it could also be read everywhere, even after the order had been placed.
Today the suits are coming - without suspender buttons! They are suddenly no longer visible in the order overview (but the price has not been reduced), except for the individual pants.
I then spent hours trying to call up a contact form, there is no "Open Support Ticket" button, nor is there an email address or a telephone number. So there is no way to complain.
And if paid extras disappear from the order but are not deducted from the price, then money is obviously being asked for a service that is not provided.
In any case, I won't be ordering from Hockerty again. The suits are good in themselves, but if I feel betrayed I can't enjoy them. I'll take the suit pants to the tailor now. If I add up these costs plus the paid extras without service, the price has easily increased by more than 100 €.
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.

Your pants were ordered in August 2017. Unfortunately we cannot offer you a compensation for an order made 6 months ago. We accept complaints and offer solutions when our customers complaint for the order during the first 30 days after delivery. This is standard practice in the clothes market.
