We don't get the big Ralph lauren underwear in UK. Only a very small choice so it great to be able to get underwear and pyjamas in big boy sizes.

The ordered product did eventually arrive - almost exactly a month after placing the order and after making inquires about a possible lost shipment.
Anything Nike is usually over priced so searched for a sale and found one here. Had never ordered before but it went smoothly and the produce was just as listed and arrived quickly

Hello Charles - You are correct. We are sorry for the delay. Your Fruit of the Loom 6 packs have been on back order but all have now been shipped. FOTL moved their distribution center after Christmas and it took them a few months to be back in operation. I hope this answers your question.

I have purchased from HisRoom many times. The past two times, the items have been on back order and take a long time to ship and arrive. I don't know why this is the case, but I will be more cautious in the future in ensuring items are in stock.
The order was NOT place on Mar 14,2024, in fact it was placed on Feb 24,2024 at 12:38 PM. I believe you lost the order then found in on Mar14th. In the mean time I never heard a word from you about the order or delivery. Then the order just miraculously appeared on my doorstep after a month.
I think you need to do a better job that that.
Hello Joseph - Our records confirm you placed your order on 2-24-24 and the items were displayed as pre-order and due to arrive in our warehouse the week of 3-9-24. The vendor delivered on 3-14-24 and your order was shipped to you the same day with tracking. I hope this answers your question.

I ordered 3 pairs of mens pajamas and heard nothing for several weeks. When I inquired about the status of the order, was told it was a wrong address. Checked. Address right. Already billed and paid, but according to my husband it was billed to HERroom. He stopped payment.

I ordered 2 different packages of 3 each underwear. 6 months later I got one package and the 2nd is unknown. I had several emails one was in and other was delayed. If one was in why wasn't it shipped?

The first arrived and was swiftly sent to you. The second item the vendor finally informed us would no longer be made, and we also sent you that information the same day we received it.
