I ordered my item in January. I continually tried contacting HIS ROOM to get updates. Their order status never gave an update on delivery. After a 4th time of trying to contact them, they finally shipped them to me in March. Very disappointed in their communication to their customers. I won't be ordering from them again.

Fits perfectly, bought a pink one from Andrew Christian, same size, had to have it taken up 2 inches. Glad this one fits great.

I dont know what happened but it took 2 months to get the socks. They did let me know that there was a shipping delay. The product that came was the exact product I ordered and I thank them for that. Its hard to find a place that carries stuff that other stores discontinue and are really the perfect thing. Just glad I got what I needed and again, they communicated the entire time. I did not have to call them or anything.

The socks are not Seattle and cotton. I've had them before I'm very sauce and I didn't pay that much. I want my money back.

Received my order which should have been to sets of underwear. However there was just in package inside. I immediately called but the wait time was insane so I emailed the customer service link. Heard nothing. Repeated this procedure 4 times over 2 weeks until k was credited for half the order. Terrible

I ordered a new pair of pajamas, having worn out the last one. I was worried about what I would receive since there is a lot of very thin, imported junk out there.
I shouldn't have been. The pajamas are top quality and delivery was quick. I'm very satisfied.
