Great garments ridiculous shipping time

I ordered 4 pair of allergy free underwear. I have been buying these Cottonique drawstring boxer shorts for about 10 years now and love them. My most recent experience was less than good. I ordered in November(it may have been October) I did not receive them until early February. I'm not sure why this occurred but I think if your advertising items they should be readily available.

Hello Gerard - Your order was placed for cottonique products on 11-26-24 and shipped on 1-31-25. We also explained the reason for the delay in 3 emails to you along with an offer to cancel your order. This company, Cottonique, in December was moving their distribution warehouse. They were not shipping out any orders for 2 months. We are sorry you did not like the reality of the situation. The good news is that we were able to send your order immediately upon delivery to us. I ordered several mens underwear for Christmas gifts and the last pair just showed up a few weeks ago. It is now the first of April and my original order was placed back in December. Some how this should have been spoken of to me when I placed my order. Not a fan of how long it takes to get items purchased.

Hello Tina - We appreciate your feedback. On 12-20-24 your ordered a sale pre-ordered item with a ship date of 1-3-2025. Our records show we kept you informed with 7 shipping updates from the vendor along with the option to cancel. You chose to continue to wait. The good news is the vendor finally was able to ship the item to us and we shipped it out to you the same day of receipt - 3-1-25. No other ecommerce company would have so diligently worked to get this item for you. This is what we feel makes us different and better than other sites. We will get you exactly what you want, but it can take a little time. I hope this answers your question.

Bad service and poor communication

Kept getting emails saying part of my order was not being fulfilled due to being discontinued by the manufacturer and I would be refunded for those items, but it never said which items. Could not track my order properly. After multiple shipping delays I still have not received my full order or any type of refund for the missing pieces. The shipping invoice lists the missing pieces as on back order but no communication to that fact has occurred and no refund has been made. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service

Once I ordered these items it took almost 3 months for delivery. I was told it would be awhile until it arrived, but then it just continued to be delayed. I can see above you show the end of January as the purchase date, but it was actually late fall when I ordered. Would not do business with you again under any circumstances.

I wrote you everything already. Look it up. Make an effort for a change.
Wrong items, took mor than 3 months, the box in which the merchandise came looked like it cam from a war-zone, I sent you photos, check it out, make an effort for a change.
Your performance is way awful.

HisRoom attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Hello Rudiger - With respect, we have several times now requested an image of the products you are claiming were sent that are incorrect. As for the condition of the outer box, we have no control over how the box is handled during shipment. The contents in the image do not show damage.
