HisRoom is just that — his room. They offer a very nice variety of items, including for tall men. And, they carry Polo, which I have been buying since 1967.
I already owned two pairs of these, they're extremely comfortable, and when I saw the low sales price I bought 2 more. I can't say I would normally buy from HisRoom because they are extremely overpriced, but if they have sales like this again I would.
I ordered in March. I was then emailed that stock was not available. Got another email to say it was despatched April. Still no sight of it.
I won't use this supplier again.

I ordered three pair of underwear from Hisroom and only received one pair. After two weeks I asked Hisroom where the rest of my order was because when I checked my tracking number it said that the order was delivered. I contacted Hisroom and they replied that they estimate that the rest of the order may be shipped one month after I made the order. I could have ordered from another company and received it by now. I am still waiting for the rest of my order and will not do business with Hisroom again.

Your item was clearly marked as being "pre-order" with an estimated date of arrival. I had to reach out to them to find status of my order. Then they shipped a replacement item without explanation.
Hello Bill - Your Hanes Value Pack was on pre-order when you made your purchase, and an estimated date of arrival was shown to you prior to check out. We send you 3 status emails, prior to shipment. T here was no "replacement" shipment. Your order shipped according to schedule. I hope this answers your question.

My order date was March 17,2024. It was supposed to take less than a week for my order to arrive. When my order didn't arrive by March 25th, I sent them an email to check on the order. I received a reply on March 18th stating the order was still en route from the manufacturer. On April 8th, I received another email stating that the manufacturer just informed them that they were experiencing shipment delays, and that the new delivery date was April 16,2024. The order did eventually arrive, and it was exactly what my husband wanted. I will definitely give them another try in the future and see how it works out.
