And, we kept you fully informed of their delivery status. Your comment about a "better grade" is not possible with this price-conscious vendor. Made a mid summer order last July and a couple of the pieces I bought were on back order. While it took an additional 3 weeks to receive the goods, the "His Room" sales team kept me well informed on the nature of the order and communicated shipping updates promptly. I never once worried about my order being memory holed.

The lightweight cotton pajamas that I ordered for my husband were just what he was looking for. In fact, we are ordering a second pair because he was so pleased with them.

Purchased my items knowing that one item won't be instock until a certain date. After my order I got an email stating that everything had shipped except the one item that wasn't instock. Ok, no problem, that what I understood when I placed the order. Then a few minutes later I got an update email stating that all my items were not instock and wouldn't ship until a later date. Then I got another email with a tracking information. I was confused. After a few days my order showed up minus the one item that I was told was originally out of stock. Then I got another email saying that the one item that was on back order would be delayed even further. At that point I just canceled the remaining item. Ultimately, I was confused about what was coming and what was going.
I received the wrong size I ordered large size fit and I got extra large

Ordered several packages of the Puma brand. Not a big selection of color combinations that i personally liked. Order arrived on time. Items all fit as expected.
One of the items from my order was unavailable, but I have never been refunded because I used a Klarna one time card to make the purchase, and so I guess there is no place to send the money back to? So my 16$ is just floating in the ethers.
In the bank account someplace at HisRoom that is. I really wish they would contact me about sending me a gift card or something… I would select another item. I liked my items. Nobody at customer service seems to understand the nature of the issue when k describe it to them. I had one person tell me the were working on a solution, and then crickets after that. So here I am.

I ordered underwear for my husband to take along on our cruise in April. Unfortunately the availability from the manufacturer delayed shipment. I still needed the product, so I told them I still wanted them and to send when available. I had to remind them of my order and 3 of the 4 colors were available and they sent when they could.
That being said, my husband said each color fits differently. This is due to the manufacturer not Hisroom

The vendor has twice now changed that date and the current ship date is 9-7-24. We have sent you timely status emails. Your item is coming from a small boutique vendor.
