Simple and easy to use compare to other dating apps I've tried. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time to contact their customer support, seems like it's not working or perhaps nobody here really wants to assist me. I hope this app improves better in the future.
I downloaded this app full of hope because I am looking for new female friends. There is a lot of advertising for this app, and it looks great. The first impression was amazing. After filling out the questionnaire and uploading a photo of myself, I used the app for some time. It was pretty easy to make friends, and the app has a lot of features. Nevertheless, many functions are only available in the premium version, which is a bit of a shame because it looked very promising initially. After registration, a payment screen came up, I thought I had to pay until I saw the "x". The number of ads you get is unbearable. You are getting annoyed until you consider buying the premium version. What shocked me is that you don't have to verify your age. It seems to me that there are a lot of underaged girls. Shortly after I met a nice girl, I was simply banned for 2 hours. I didn't understand why. After waiting 2 hours, I was permanently banned. After that I contacted the support. They advertise that it is live, but it takes a long time to answer. Also, the answers are not helpful. The sentence structure is weird and so are the words he uses. He couldn't really tell me why I was banned, apparently, something was wrong with my picture. After that, I was asked to verify myself again, fair enough. I did this as well and was unbanned again. The app is very limited and after a while, I had to buy the premium version or wait to start liking people again or to see who liked me. The app certainly has a lot of potential and looks amazing, but you are almost forced to pay and this is very annoying. Also, the customer support is poor and I'm afraid to match a U18.

The app is good. It's easier to find the person that you would like to interact with you just need to swipe it down. On the other hand you need to upgrade to premium because it has a limit and you need to pay for it.

I didn't found it very responsive and worth to invest time. It's User interface is unresponsive and buggy. Its Signup process was easy to follow and user friendly to understand but the major issue I felt was, it's responsiveness. Anything which I found interested and unique was occupied with said issue (almost). I think they need to work more on UX.

The app is promising but there are a lot of improvements to be done. An example is removing most ads that are showing in the application and making it more user friendly.

When I discover Hily never hoped that I could find an app to get fun and spend time in a good way, overall, for me is very productive because I can sharpen and improve my English by listening to a lot of people.

I have used lots of dating apps before and this one started with so much potential. I love how dynamic they ask for your initial information but then they throw and optional free trail which you have to put your credit card, and it barely lets you know its optional. After thay you get pop ups all the time for this trial which makes the app verya annoying to use for free users.

I really like Hily. I was able to look for exactly what I wanted and I have found the man of my dreams. I have tried other dating apps and didn't like. Also if somebody strange disturbs you, you can send complaint to them they have amazing etiquette and safety bases & supportive team

The only good thing that I could get from the lockdown was possible because of Hily. I was at the top of my boredom, so I decided to look for a good app to meet people, and that's how I found Hily. It provides an excellent platform to discover new people and also share personal content. People complain about getting charged after deleting this app when they don't read the terms of use or know how google play subscriptions work. Overall the app is fine for communicating with people or finding someone with the same interest. You may encounter some strange people but do you forget what internet these days is?
