Can you stop playing! Flip and flop. Are fixer upper! Over and over! They are both good. But, you need new and mix them up in the day time.
Play other things threw the day and night.
You are running reruns. Don't you have other shows. Kitchen, bathrooms, anything.
I am tired as heck of Fixer Upper can we just move on from that catastrophe?
They have moved on and we need to also! HGTV let go
Love this show! Keep them coming. I don't understand why its so hard to find all the episodes on hgtv.
I was hooked after the first episode. I love their passion to restore their small town in Mississippi. I like their playful interactions. They try to put something unique and custom made in their designs. I love watching the reveals. Two thumbs up!
If that girl has any talent or taste in design, it must be in her mouth. Most other shows on HGTV stage their own homes, but this one needs to pay extra for help. They look foolish compared to your other flip shows.
HGTV has done a piss poor job of showing diversity in its choice of program hosts. The blame is always placed on the "producers" of these shows, but HGTV you air them. This is a major miss on your part and time to make the change to a more diverse sampling of program hosts. Now with that said... I have seen a few "bootleg" attempts to air programming with OBVIOUS "poor" choices in ethnic hosts that were doomed to fail from the beginning. Stop with that crap too!
They are cute, knowledgeable and a joy to watch. No extreme silliness like other shows. I taped the whole season and still watch for ideas to incorporate in my renovation. I can't wait for the next season!
Yes, they are getting more relaxed as the show goes on. They are both so talented in their particular areas. I have learned so many "why it needs to be done this way" instructions for the future. The houses are historic but the renovations are a dream. This is one happy couple we need to continue to watch.
What is going on with the lack of appropriate dress with some of the realtors showing properties? Torn, rolled up pant legs - jeans! The realtor look like they were out running errands before meeting clients for a showing. I'm not implying that they should be in suits, but present better!
Fell in love with home town. They are so creative! Down to earth! Why did u bring back flip flop? And good bones?
I would like to see more different Renovators then the old Property Brothers Joanna Gates and flip and flop they are old ones that they play over and over again I just shut the TV off as soon as I see old reruns I love watching the new Flip or Flop Vegas the one in Tennessee it's nice to see different Renovators
I would like to let you know that David who hosts Lottery Dream home is disgusting.
He has No class. He is always talking about money to the couple like You
Know you can afforded it now and always reminds them that they are Millionaires now.
Always making inappropriate comments. Also he puts his comments in like you can remove this wall and do this and that and it's like he is trying to set up future jobs for himself. Being Gay is perfectly fine but don't explode in flames on the set.
Watch a few shows and be amazed at his fake laugh and his rude comments to his clients. I enjoyed the show but I can't watch and hear David anymore every episode
Is nauseating.
We love... LOVE the Napiers! They are just our speed and take a realistic approach to their remodels. Erin isn't afraid to use some color on the walls either. Please bring them back. No comparison to Fixer Upper! I love them both but Home Town is my fav!
I think this couple is charming and very talented. I am amazed at Ben's craftsmanship and I love Erin's quiet sense of humor. I certainly hope this series is scheduled for a second season.
I really like Home Town. I hate to see all the negative reviews. Watching these home renovation shows has saved me a lot of money. Something as simple as why flooring should go under cabinets and what problems to expect with any remodeling/renovation. Not every house needs to be open concept. If I had a complaint about The Brothers and Fixer Upper, that would be it. Living in one big room is not always so good. The Napiers allow for some separation. I missed the first show and it hasn't come back through the lineup. That's disappointing. I'd been searching for the next show and finally googled to find out why it wasn't on. I'm sad that Home Town might not make it back on. I like how Erin introduced a regional artist's art work to the audience, and, of course, anything by Walter Anderson is wonderful. I love the alligator print. Erin's work is a little reminiscent of his loose style. As far as the painting of the house, most people like a visual as to what a house could be. I like her simplified drawings and the gift at the end. Please give this show a chance. Give them time to reach their stride. I can't wait for it to come back on. And I loved Ben's picking with the singer in the backyard and her new outdoor stage on the last show. HGTV, please don't make it their last show.
Erin and Ben are NOT like any other couple doing old house remodeling or renovations on television, and guess what... we don't want them to be! They are young and fun, obviously enjoy working and building a life together, and they have ideas that work for Laurel, Mississippi residents and younger couples across the country who can't afford to start from scratch with a home renovation. (I am writing from Texas. And, yes, I am a fan of Fixer Upper, too.) Please do bring Home Town back for another season. The Napiers bring a fresh perspective to design for younger couples who don't have huge budgets for total "gut jobs". My son and daughter-in-law are slowly making affordable repairs on their first home, an "eyesore" with potential, in the city of Everett, WA. For them, the appeal of Home Town is Erin and Ben often keep and re-use features within the makeover homes, and many of their obvious tips and ideas work well for young couples on a budget. All of the Flip or Flop shows feel contrived (oops,,, we're going over our budget, the water main is rusted out... again and again) and the ultimate goal of the Flip or Flop series is to SELL for a large profit. How sweet it is to know that the work on Home Town, and even Fixer Upper, is actually being done for a couple or family we get to "meet". Refreshing!
Your looking for another couple like chip and Jo and this is not it... Not natural... appears to miss contact with audience... Keep looking
I've been to this small Mssissippi town. Nice small town, but this show is terrible. They have no appeal at all. Please cancel and raise the bar.
Awful. A lot of their "sayings" are copied. Her drawings looks a 10yr old drew them. PLEASE CANCEL THIS SHOW!
Answer: There are SO many commercials for Hometown ( more than 6 per hour), I won't be watching it because I am sick of the couple posing and posing. So many commercials mean something is wrong with the show. HELP PLEASE!
Answer: I agree! Landscapes, gardening... something that blends in vegetation to give a nice break from home remodels.
