I have had a terrible time finding an A cup in 44 inch circumference. HerRoom not only offers that size but also has a great variety. If it's not available immediately they have always come through with expedient back order. Thank you for offering a fine source for my fit.
I was directed to your site from a family member. They raved about your Company. And even gave me one of your products as a gift. I was so happy with it that I purchased 7 more only to be disappointed on arrival. Upon looking at my order I was disappointed seeing that One of my "Exquisite Form Coloratura Flutter Sleeve Short Nightgown" had what appears to possibly be mud or ink dried on the material. The packaging was not damaged at all. I'm not sure how this happened but it certainly don't make a 1st good impression with the customer.

I'm a plus-sized woman with significant cleavage, and I've shopped from herroom for years now. Never had an issue with any purchase. They always fit as advertised and are delivered promptly. Returns are no hassle.
This company is a rip off. They sent back my returns as "garment has been worn and shows signs of wear." When I questioned them they claim the merchandise has excessive deodorant markings. I only tried on for 30 seconds and removed. There are literally thousands of the exact same complaint online. Don't buy from this company.
I returned several items, and exchanged one all in one order. This was handled efficiently only based on my return document. I am very impressed as I've usually had to make several phone calls with other companies. My exchanged bra fits me perfectly. Super happy!
I purchased a bra from Her Room. I received the bra and tried it on. It did not fit properly. I returned the item with original tags. I did not hear anything about my return or see a refund on my credit card. I emailed Her Room to find that they said the return came without original tags and showed signs of wear. Both were untrue statements. Now I am out $58.25, have no bra, and would be charged $10 to ship it back to me even though it does not fit. This is very discouraging as I do not have the option to purchase in stores and try on. I have to rely on buying online. When they do not fit (if not rejected), I still lose money for restocking fees. I will not purchase from Her Room again!
I don't appreciate that the customer must pay return shipping on an item she hasn't been able to try on until it comes to her. Then if the fit is all wrong she must return it to recoup at least some of the purchase price. I returned 3 of 4 items I ordered. One of the items was a set of 2 bras, where one fit perfectly and the other was awful - the lining was too big and bunched up behind the outer cup. Finally, the one set of bras I kept - one had flawed stitching at the back closure (which I didn't notice when it first came) and is coming apart, just after the 30 day return window. But of course, I couldn't have returned it anyway since it had been worn. I will stick to buying bras in a store, where I can try them on and be sure they look good before making a purchase. Lastly, the website is flawed. The My Purchase History page was correct, but the My Orders page would not show my order or its correct status.

I've never done a negative review before... and am sorry to slam HerRoom as the prices are good and it's great to get hard-to-fit sizes. I've bought a number of bras there before without incident until I tried to return one that was the wrong size (ordered four more in the correct size)... A few weeks later, the original bra comes back to me with NO NOTE of explanation. I called to enquire why - was told there is a yellow stain and pen mark on the right cup. I am looking under full light and there is NOTHING THERE. The assistant said she can see it on the photo... I asked her to send me the photo but she refused. I feel insulted (yellow stain?) and ripped off. Will not be dealing with HerRoom again.
I stumbled upon Jockey underwear when a friend of mine accidentally bought the wrong size and gave me two packages. I wondered where they had been my whole life. Super comfortable and long lasting. I'm sure the supply chain thing caused a delay in my delivery, but I continued to wear my old ones as the started to come apart!
Returns and exchanges take forever and you pay shipping on these. In addition, they are very difficult to contact. Forget about calling, chat availability is spotty at best and they take a very long time to respond to email. Most recently I had a return that was finally processed after almost a month but they never issued the refund. When they finally did (I had to contact them), it was short by $35 even though the return shipping is only about $6. Am trying to resolve this now and I have one more return (God help me). Once that's resolved I'll never purchase from them again.

HerRoom has a good selection of slip lengths, colors, and sizes. My order took a long time to ship, but I don't think that's HerRoom's fault. I assume the global supply chain problems are to blame. HerRoom let me know in advance that my shipment would be delayed due to one item's availability, and they notified me when it was ready to ship. Good experience overall.
The item is as described, fits as expected, and arrived promptly and safely. It was more than I expect to pay, but it's been hard to find my size in this color recently, so I went ahead with the purchase.
What's frustrating is the e-mail barrage after the sale: messages arrive three and four times a week, occasionally daily, with "sale" reminders, ads, and promotions. The e-mail is incessant and annoying and I'm about to delete myself from their database on account of it.
I purchased 2 orders of undies in 2 sizes so I could be sure what size I need. HerRoom has not given me any help for return authorization for the bigger size. So now i have 18 pairs of underpants and 9 of them are too big. I haven't even opened the package with the larger size. They are totally new. Please help me with this review so they will give me a return authorization and I can get my refund

Quick refund for returned items! Due to body changes, I ordered a range of sizes and styles, and this was not cheap. But because I've ordered from HerRoom before, I knew their policies allowed for a full and quick refund after returning the ones that didn't fit right. This company allows for me to get a well-fitting bra without feeling self-conscious or concerned about getting my money back.
I should have read the reviews, my bra was returned because too small and did not meet my expectations. Was returned back to me saying it was worn. Still had tags! This site is a rip off. Buyer beware!

Shopping was easy. It about 2 weeks for the package to arrive. The bra straps are wide and comfortable but they are not adjustable so just be aware that if you are a big cup size, the weight of your breasts will pull the bra down in the front. There is no real back 'brace' or support, just lots of material which could make the bra uncomfortable in the summer.
I purchased 3 bras and they were 1 " smaller in the width than ones I previously ordered from another company. Her Room would only refund the money for 2 of them since I already removed label on third bra but they also charged me for the return shipping even though they were obviously defective.
Hello Fran - All our products come directly from the manufacturer. The Warners items you were sent are correctly sized. Our return policy is clear that we do no accept returns on used products. The cost of return is at your expense - we did not charge you to return but rather give you the option of a pre-paid return label. I hope this answers your question.
The products I received were of good quality so I'm satisfied with that, however, in my haste I forgot to enter the 25% discount promo code. I immediately sent an email asking if they could apply the code to my order. They replied saying "sorry, we can't do that once the order is placed." No other explanation was given. I realize the mistake was entirely my fault but the response left me with a bad taste for the company. Unfortunately, it will be a while before I order again.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.

On August 10th, you returned 7 items. 5 of your items required our return department to do manual touch-ups to bring them back to new condition.
