I have found that HerRoom has a large selection of Bras and Panties as well as sleepwear. The only downside that I have experienced is the brands that I use have limitations when it comes to sales. Example, the only bras typically on sale are colors and I am a typical white, ivory, nude and black when it comes to bra colors. Sizing can be limited as well. The good thing about HerRoom is the promptness in order notification and shipping. Merchandise is well wrapped and protected. I still shop HerRoom and recommend them because of their selection and promptness in completing your order.
Herroom has made it easy to shop for bras in the comfort of my own home. The wide range of information about each bra, the fitter's comments, and seeing other peoples' reviews of a product make shopping for a bra much easier. Returns are relatively inexpensive so I don't worry as much about ordering things that may not fit. I've tried other places and always prefer Herroom.
BUYER BEWARE! I bought two items one of which was defective. Customer service asked me to take a photo to send to them to prove that there was a defect. I did that --- twice! -- and no one responded. After multiple calls to their awful customer service reps I got an email stating that it was my responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly even though Her Room sold me the defective item! I will never order another thing from this company. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst.
Ordering was easy, but the estimated arrival was inaccurate. It took a few days more than I expected, so my advice is expect the longer timeframe and be patient. I've had this style bra for a few years, it is good for the price.
This site is amazing for finding attractive yet supportive bras and swimwear for my difficult size (small band, very large bust). I like that you can filter by specific size so you don't waste time looking at cute bras that would never fit.
When buying an item online you expect the measurements given on an item to match up with the item bought. Nope. Not at all. So when calling customer service about returning the item the rep was more concerned with finding out if I had worn the item(that didn't even make it over my chest) than the incorrect description of the item. She then basically just said "well it's returnable just pay the return shipping" and hung up on me.
Hello Mary Alicia - Our size chart provides body measurements - not product measurements - to help you find your best size. Our notes show that we asked you to please send us a photo of the item claiming to be the wrong size and you refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. I tried on a bra from this website and wore it around my house for 2 hours. Decided it was the most uncomfortable thing ever then tried to return it. I was told that "because I 'wore' it which the rerun policy clearly states is not allowed, it didn't pass the return inspection process. I will never shop with them again. This is completely unrealistic. They should include their 10 minute try on policy so there's no confusion. Unreal.
It has been a long time since I placed an order and Her Room did not disappoint me. They had my Fashion Form water bra in stock so they sent me what they had right away and fulfilled my order when rest became available. Her Room is my go to place for all my lingerie needs. Great service and price.
So far I cannot even get my order. I understand we are going through a lot these days but, it has been postponed from the beginning and extended two times now for over two months. I can't even comment on the products since I still have none.

Ordered bra, arrived late, didn't look like anything pictured, did not meet the sizing advertised, ergo was too big, smelled very much like a machine or something.
Returned it.
Received it back weeks later with a note that it did not meet the return requirements. I had taken it out of the bag, tried it on, put it back in the bag. Now that I got it back, it still looks and smells the same as the first time around.
I call this fraud, anybody can sell things putting up good pics and sending you crap, this is one example!
Will never order here again.
Please! Believe everything you are reading here about their horrible "return policy". I had breast surgery and needed a very snug fitting bra for my recovery. I ordered 3 different bras. I kept the one running bra as it was the only one supportive enough. I never wore the other 2 at all and only tried them on. They refunded only one of the returned bras. I haven't received the other back yet, but when I called to question the partial return I was told there was something on the front of the bra so they would not refund. I know this is total BS. I sent both bras back in pristine condition, tags attached. I will never do business with this place again. So sorry I did this time. This company give online shopping a bad name. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered 2 identical items (2 colors). In less than 30 days, one item began to fall apart. I contacted HerRoom via email, then by phone to customer service. Emailed a picture of the item/problem. Since the item had been washed and worn, they would not replace or credit the item. In other words they must not stand behind the products they sell. These items were approximately $80 a piece. Replacing the item should not have been a problem. I will have to think twice before I order from them again.

This was the best experience I've had shopping for a bra. Herroom made the process easy being able to learn what size I needed. I was recommended the perfect size and able to order 4 bras for less than a $100, which is pretty awesome since typically the bigger your bra the more it cost. In my experience because I'm well endowed I'm always out of a fortune buying bras. I highly recommend shopping at Herroom, especially if you have difficulty finding the perfect fit if you're full figured.
I ordered the beginning of February. By March 20 I did not receive my orders until I emailed them to cancel all the orders. I got emails that the items were on backorder or not in stock, but as soon as I said 'cancel' everything came in. I have been ordering from Herroom for over 10 years and never had this problem.
Great selection of styles, especially in larger cup/smaller band sizes. Nice sale prices, and the ability to ask questions, in live chat, is a real plus. Received my order in a reasonable amount of time. Not lightning fast, but okay. Nice packaging, and I am pleased with everything I ordered.

I had no idea I would find so many complaints about a company. My refund was only partial. I don't know why even though I told the rep I had sent 2 back when I called to check. I ordered 2 new and like to keep track of my refunds/returns.
They now have about 400.00 dollars on my credit card and I wonder what to expect. I did finally find a great bra but will be due about 200. Back. When I mailed the second return I requested a signature. If they felt there was a problem with one of the bras I returned then where is the explanation? Nothing yet. Yet I have trusted them. Now I wonder how they stay in business. I order quite a bit online and have not had anything like this missing refund. At least an explanation should be provided. I may return to rate again once I hear back from them on Monday. They don't have customer service that can help with this on the weekend.
I've always appreciated herroom for their great selection and have ordered from them in the past with no issues. However this was the first time I needed to return what I had bought and it has been a nightmare. I started my return back in May and it is July and they have the returned product, it says its complete but I have not received a refund on my credit card. You cannot get up with customer service. There's no number, only a contact form on their website that does not work. It just says "sending". On the occasions I have gotten it to work I never get a response back. Just an email saying they've received my request and then... nothing. They've tied up over a hundred dollars on my credit card for months now. After this experience I will be very cautious about ordering from them in the future and will not be recommending them to anyone. How they have positive reviews on here is a mystery to me.

I'm still struggling to get my refund. I received 2 bras that didn't fit as desired, so I returned them after trying them on for maybe 20 seconds each. They also smelled really bad, but i figured it was from the plastic bags and it didn't matter, since i was returning them anyhow. Your customer service denied my refund because I had damaged them by making them stink!

My item was pending for 3 weeks - it kept saying it was stuck at the post office and none of the customer service agents were willing to help me get a replacement or refund, they just kept telling me to wait with no resolution. They were very rude too. I instead bought the same items from another intimate-wear company and the service and delivery was much better! I would not shop here again.

Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
