There are so many things wrong with this place. Their website is very old-fashioned and not user friendly at all, and their customer service, at least by email, was horrible in my experience (took 3 days to respond only to give me another customer's info, when they had the correct order #, how does that happen?). Chat is great … when available, which is not that often regardless of the hours they post. I bought an item that ended in back order and they never informed me, until I finally contacted them after not receiving a shipment notice for several days. It was my first time -and definitely my last- shopping here! Big mistake. Avoid it! It's been a horrible shopping experience, very time-consuming and frustrating.
Its was my fault that i sent a return to another online business. It was Ameri-Mark But Pearl was the person i talked to there at HerRoom. Just didn't care for her tone of voice. I had to talk to her quite a few times as the Bra was no easy to size for me online. Pearl just was a happy camper. I did tell her at the end of our last conversation " Pearl Smile" I hope you received my return. I don't think I will be buying from your company again but thanks for asking.

I found the bra I wanted. I ordered several, partly to reach the minimum for shipping. One color was backordered. After a long wait (more than a month) I requested that the other colors be sent. I was charged twice for shipping. Fair enough, I suppose, because maybe it had become two different orders now. But the shipping wasn't minimal and the long backorder was not my fault. While I do love that bra style, I probably won't return to that store.
I ordered because of a bra I have that fits me perfectly, but the bra I received was much larger. Le Mystique's quality control sucks. And, shame on you for selling it.

I've shopped with HerRoom several times and am pleased with their service overall. The one issue I have is when any of the items in my order are backordered. When that happens, the whole shipment is held up until the backordered items can be included. So pay attention to whether items are backordered or available to ship immediately, and adjust your expectations accordingly.

I really wanted to love this site because it carries the one brand I have been trying to find for a while. And while they can be pricey, have minimal discount codes, I wAs ok with that. But after my 3rd time purchasing from here and seeing it was available only to purchase and be sent emails stating my items were back ordered, given a date and that date changed to a later date twice, I'm over it. I'd like to be given a date of arrival or expectation and then actually receive my items as opposed to more later dates. I travel for work and can't just leave my packages out front. Plus they advertise things they don't even have in stock. I'm a medium, average size 8, and don't see why things are so difficult for them to get, especially if they show as available on the site. Lastly, you can read any of the reviews with 3 or less stars and see the Customer Svc department rep who is responding to the less than 4star reviews is defensive, condescending and flat out rude in some cases. Hence why they get bad customer service reviews. Shame, because I really did like the items I've purchased in the past. I would have just liked an actual date as opposed to "BACKORDERED" and then the date continuing to get pushed back. Who waits 2 months for medium sz bras...?

No bra sizing guide. Asking what bra is most comfortable and the size doesn't mean it fits or that it is comfortable. There was no option for uncomfortable and doesn't fit well. Now that I have my order I am less than happy that I paid the prices that I did for bras with thin plastic bra strap connectors that are supposed to hold up under normal wear for a large bust.

I ordered 2 items, one was backordered for at least a month but the other ready to ship. Receiving no communication regarding the in stock item, I reached out at least twice regarding status. Finally heard back about 3 weeks later that they were holding the in stock item to ship with the delayed item, over a month delayed. Made no sense to me.

Our recoreds show we communicated with you 4 times on this order and each of your inquires was responded to within 4 hours. Before placing your order, you confirmed you knew of the back order and that the tentative ship date would be the week of 10-10-23. Your shipments left our warehouse on 10-12-23. We have a $25 threshold requirement to split an order into 2 shipments. You refused our offer of splitting the shipment and paying additional shipping charges. I hope this answers your question.

Totally ignored me.
The post office tells me this missing package was scanned at my address - they've logged it as stolen. You really need to insure packages so I'm able to get a redelivery in istances like this. It's really soured me on HerRoom.

My sister ordered a pajama set for me. The pants came right away but the top took a month to get here. Then I ordered another pair and the same thing happened. Basically I have two pairs of pajama pants that got a month's worth of wear before I got the tops that match. I would have rather the order be on hold until the matching top came in than get one without the other. Just seems like poor planning...at the very least maybe ask the customer if they want to wait for shipment until it is complete.

I have been a HUGE fan of this company for years due to the variety in bra sizing. It's hard to find appropriate size and support and HERROOM does a great job. What is frustrating with the process is when exchanges or returns are made (especially when trying to figure out a new bra size) and the cost to send the product back is placed upon the consumer and it is nearly half the price of the bra. In this day and age, returns and exchanges should not cost the consumer.
Hello Nicole - You hit the nail on the head. Shipping has become extremely costly. We deal with inexpensive products. Shipping exchanges requires 2 shipment costs. We pay for one way, but to pick up the cost for both ways puts us in a negative position where we lose money. I hope this answers your question.

Well, the fact that I found my size right away was encouraging. The price was excellent. I had night hopes until it arrived. Just looking at it I realized it was not going to tit but I tried it on anyway. I could barely get in on and I was like a volcano experience - I just started erupting everywhere and I couldn't even keep my nipples under cover. Again, my band size is 27", and my bust size is 32. That means I'm a 28DD, but clearly some has gotten mixed up in the translation, so to speak. I have to send it back.
I was given your name as a site that carried hard to fit sizes for tops.
The price was right and so was the sizing.
I just can't find bikini bras to fit me cause I'm so narrow in the torso but I'm a DD... UNTIL TODAY! Then if and when I can find something, I get gouged with what I call the BigBoobTax, not unlike the FatTax plus size folds have to deal with. But this suit was CHEAP, by comparison at only $16.00! Now, I wait, and hope it fits!
I've been a customer for several years. I liked the quality of products and being a Texas resident, the shipping was almost instantaneous. Three days at the most was all I had to wait. My most recent order was placed eight days ago and I still have not received it. I found the anticipated shipping time odd when I read 3-6 business days. Something has changed and Herroom has lost my business. I needed these items for a trip I am embarking on today. Had I ordered from Amazon, I would have the garments in my luggage.

I gave you one less star because the return policy is not great at all. 30 days only to return something? People are busy in this day and age and having only 30 days to return a bra that you can't try on in the store is crazy to me. You don't have a storefront or an easier way to return items. It cost people to return your items back to you which is not good. The return should be free as good customer service. Your prices are just average so you expect a free return.

The items I ordered took way too long to arrive. Order placed Feb. 27 and delivered July 7. A single item was delivered right away but did not fit.
I attempted to return an item but the 30 day return period had lapsed.

You were also informed prior to check out that your Fruit of the Loom bras were on a very long back-order. Your chose to order them and we frequently gave you updates on them with the option to cancel. You chose to wait. After receipt, you then asked to return items you received back in February. It was these items that were well past our 30 day return policy. I hope this answers your question.

I just had to spend $14 to return a bra for a better size. That makes this $30 bra cost $45 and that makes my tummy clench. I was trying to order directly from you, rather than through Amazon….but that was a mistake. I took a chance because I've worn that brand before, but not that style. We have lost so many of our local retail stores that we have been reduced to finding things online. But the return costs are killer. First I want to shop local brick and mortar, then mail order from the company, and Amazon last. But I can't afford to order from you.not when shipping costs half again as much as the product. Will I like the bra? Who knows, it hasn't arrived yet. If it doesn't fit I'm just out $45.

As to your comment about your panty, some panties require care in washing. A laundry bag is a good idea to prevent unraveling that can occur in a washing machine. I hope this answers your question.
