Lots of great choices for bras especially larger sizes. I order multiple sizes and styles to try on and then having to return the bras that don't fit or don't like. I refused a shipment and wad charged a $10 "restocking" fee. Another time I received an email saying I returned a bra damaged. Really? I had to call to find out why and was told the was an ink mark on the bra. I could get it resent for only $10. Customer service and fitting experts used to be wonderful. Past tense. I've deleted a chat when a certain rep comes up. That said after being a customer for over 3 yrs and many purchases I will now do something I rarely do…drive to a store to make my purchases. I just don't need this hassle to buy a bra. I will once again unsubscribe from this second account.

The quality of the bra was not to my expectations. I have purchased that exact bra several times from Macys and the quality is not the same. I felt maybe this was a knock off. It makes me apprehensive about future purchases, which is a shame because Her Room has many things I wish to purchase. It's kinda the world we live in now with all the online shopping. Before placing your order, you confirmed you knew of the back order and that the tentative ship date would be the week of 10-10-23. Your shipments left our warehouse on 10-12-23. So far Better Quality. A good fit. Quite a bit pricier. But for a senior woman that have difficulty in finding clothing an lingered that fit our shapes especially when age and our lack of maintaining our figure.
