Lots of great choices for bras especially larger sizes. I order multiple sizes and styles to try on and then having to return the bras that don't fit or don't like. I refused a shipment and wad charged a $10 "restocking" fee. Another time I received an email saying I returned a bra damaged. Really? I had to call to find out why and was told the was an ink mark on the bra. I could get it resent for only $10. Customer service and fitting experts used to be wonderful. Past tense. I've deleted a chat when a certain rep comes up. That said after being a customer for over 3 yrs and many purchases I will now do something I rarely do…drive to a store to make my purchases. I just don't need this hassle to buy a bra. I will once again unsubscribe from this second account.

Love the help on getting the correct fitting bra. There are so many choices and styles for every breast type. Amazing, I'm over 65 and finally know how to find the correct size bra!

Sizes in. 46 are hard to come by but your range is better than most, and stock is usually not a problem.

The quality of the bra was not to my expectations. I have purchased that exact bra several times from Macys and the quality is not the same. I felt maybe this was a knock off. It makes me apprehensive about future purchases, which is a shame because Her Room has many things I wish to purchase. It's kinda the world we live in now with all the online shopping. All in all the bra was okay, but just okay.

I placed an order on 10/6/23 (nearly over a month ago) and never heard a word from them until a few days ago when I texted them asking the status. They texted me back and stated there were some shipment issues and stated the order was to be shipped on 11/1/23. Then I received a text saying there was a delay and the order would be ready maybe on 11/9/23 - I said please cancel as your company has too many issues!

Our records show that prior to purchasing your item less than 3 weeks ago, we made you aware your unusual size was on back order. You checked the box accepting this before finalizing your check out. Three status emails were sent to you including one on the day you placed your order. The manufacturer was temporarily out of stock due to not selling much of your size. This was the reason for the second ship date. We are sorry it was not in stock, but if you had been willing to wait just 3 more days, your item would have arrived and shipped to you. I find the information on Her Room's site to be very helpful. Especially the Blog. I have a health issue that means I need front-fastening bras and the guidance provided regarding how bras are differently made for women over 5 feet 4 inches versus those under 5 foot 3 inches helped me narrow my search quickly. Only had to return one unsuitable choice.

I ordered 2 items, one was backordered for at least a month but the other ready to ship. Receiving no communication regarding the in stock item, I reached out at least twice regarding status. Finally heard back about 3 weeks later that they were holding the in stock item to ship with the delayed item, over a month delayed. Made no sense to me.

Our recoreds show we communicated with you 4 times on this order and each of your inquires was responded to within 4 hours. Before placing your order, you confirmed you knew of the back order and that the tentative ship date would be the week of 10-10-23. Your shipments left our warehouse on 10-12-23. We have a $25 threshold requirement to split an order into 2 shipments. You refused our offer of splitting the shipment and paying additional shipping charges. I hope this answers your question.

So far Better Quality. A good fit. Quite a bit pricier. But for a senior woman that have difficulty in finding clothing an lingered that fit our shapes especially when age and our lack of maintaining our figure. I get my husband to bring up the site and I chose what I want and then he does all the technical stuff and pay for it.
