I ordered a few things on May 15 during the COVID-19 I never received them I emailed the company about 20 times finally got a hold of somebody she said they will e mail me There decision they did what a joke take email saying that it showed that it sent and they're not going to refund my money. They are not answering the phone so you can only email the company or chat and chat as a joke and the email they never get back with you!

Originally order bra and socks on 3-7-20. On 5-12-20 I finally called after not receiving bra that I ordered as the whole order was being held up by a pair of backordered socks. It wasn't until I called asked them to split the order and stop delaying the shipment of an "instock" bra, that HR finally sent the bra. A brand I always where but this one didn't fit. I asked that they pay for the return shipping on the bra as a gesture of good customer service since I was the one that had to initiate getting the instock portion of the order sent out after 10 weeks of delay. No deal - they refused to offer to pay for the return shipping. I could have bought this bra at several other online places and received better service. Buyer Beware - place an order with multiple items - if anything is "out of stock" the whole order will be held up for shipment. In my case 10 weeks and counting - and that's only because I had to finally take action and have them split the order. Definitely be wary of this company and backorders.

I ordered merchandise from this company in April. After attempting to contact the company(by phone and email) for OVER a month and a half, I received an email offering me a refund (minus $10)! I think NOT! This so unprofessional! I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but that should be even more of a reason to elevate your customer service. When I requested a phone number or email for the cooperate office, my request was ignored. Overall, I will never order from this company again and beware if you decide to order.

Thought I was getting a first time order discount? I didn't see any such discount so a little disappointed in that! I have not tried on all of the order as yet, but the one I have is Perfect! I love the color too! It's hard to find pretty bras in my size. I also need a couple of summer 't-shirt' type bras so a recommendation would be great.

Made my first time purchase with your company. As I was at the end I entered my payment information when I recieved a message stating that " to much time passed and I have to start the order all over again.
So I did and the next day I was billed for both orders. How did the first order go through if "to much time had passed" ?
I've contacted you by email 2 or 3 times as well as text and no one has responded to them.

First time shopping on line. New experience hope it is successful. Yes although there is a item on back order.
I placed on order on 4/29. I ordered two items. One was back ordered and stated it would ship the week of 5/13. The other item was in stock and it was stated that it would ship immediately. I contacted customer service three times over a couple weeks as by 5/13 I still haven't received any part of my order.
Customer service never responded to any of my emails. I got an email on 5/15 stating that my order had shipped. As of 5/21 the tracking label shows the item has yet to even be dropped off with USPS. Almost a month later, no items and no one will respond to my emails.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
