Fairly easy once I decided what I wanted. Description of items very detailed; many choices available. Much better selection of colors, styles, etc. for bras and panties than I have found from other companies. Lots of sale items. Reasonable shipping cost.

Still waiting for bras, which are on backorder, but the company informed me right away that it will take longer.
I ordered $100 worth of things from them. Package ended up being delivered to the wrong address across town. Mail people confirmed this, so all herroom had to do was file a claim because they had the shipping label information. They refused to do it because since it showed delivered they didn't care because they weren't liable. With the exception of once any time I called customer service they hung up on me as soon as I told them my problem was that my package wasn't received. What kind of company does this?

Every time I order from herroom the items wind up delayed, late, sometimes missing for days between DHL and USPS. This time around, not only was the half of my order that actually came late (due to completely disappearing for 3 days, both DHL and USPS said the other had it). A single backordered item which has been further delayed is holding up the rest of my order, so I want to cancel as by the time out arrives it will no longer be needed. I have spent a week trying desperately to get help from HerRoom, to no avail. There is almost no customer support, and the little bit there is doesn't seem to be actually following up after they tell you you're an idiot.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
