I received my bra order on May 20 and less than a week later the side stitching came out and the metal boning came out with it. I emailed the company on June 11 with photos of the damage and requested that they pay for the repair. I didn't get a response, so today, June 22, I contacted them by chat (they are not taking phone calls at this time). I told the customer service rep what happened and she told me they couldn't take returns on worn items. I told her I wasn't requesting a return, I just wanted them to pay for the repair. She insisted that the company had a strict against returns or refunds for worn items. I again told her that I was only asking them to take responsibility for their shoddy product by covering the repair for which I would provide receipts. She refused and refused to escalate my request to management.

I ordered almost two months ago and have not received my order. I live in Canada but have ordered from other countries and not encountered such a long delay. This is most disappointing and unless my order, if it ever arrives, exceeds my expectations, I would not recommend unless you are willing to wait a long time.

I placed an order back in April. I have returned it. I have sent emails and I even chatted with one lady and thought I would get some results. That's been over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I'm out $100 plus dollars. If you order it it better fit because your not going to get your money back.

I made a purchase of over $350, the sizes sent were all over the place. I tried to do a return in some hecause they do not have my size and an exchange on most. I have sent Emails, I have sent chat messages and NO response in over two and a half weeks. They are gonna wait until I cant return anyways I would have lost ALL OF THAT MONEY. This crazy. I understand covid 19 is causing some delays but they said they are returning Emails, NOTHING! Two weeks for an Email? I just want the right sizes for 5 bras, and return 2. Some of these are priced at $69 each!

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Hello Tracy - Your item shipped to you on May 15th. We have confirmed we do not have a June 11th email from you. You chatted with us today and stated you had worn the item multiple times and that the boning started to pop out on your third wearing. Your images show the elastic is curling due to extreme stretching. The seaming containing the boning looks to have also popped due to stress. This is a quality product. We do not pay for repairs to garments that have been worn.
