I ordered a certain bra size for my wife and I did not get the correct size I ordered. When I selected the correct size in the drop down menu, I thought that was the size I would get in the mail. When I reached out to figure out the issue, I was told that I didn't look up the size chart correctly. I was told that I should have looked at this brand and saw that it was UK and that I ordered the wrong size when the country sizing was not clearly marked in the drop down menu. Not only was the sizing not clearly marked, but I received very poor customer service as I was told that a simple exchange was not possible. This experience seems to be false advertising when the customer doesn't look in just the right spot in order to find the correct size. It was a horrible experience and I wish I would have never ordered it.

I've always appreciated herroom for their great selection and have ordered from them in the past with no issues. However this was the first time I needed to return what I had bought and it has been a nightmare. I started my return back in May and it is July and they have the returned product, it says its complete but I have not received a refund on my credit card. You cannot get up with customer service. There's no number, only a contact form on their website that does not work. It just says "sending". On the occasions I have gotten it to work I never get a response back. Just an email saying they've received my request and then... nothing. They've tied up over a hundred dollars on my credit card for months now. After this experience I will be very cautious about ordering from them in the future and will not be recommending them to anyone. How they have positive reviews on here is a mystery to me.

I have been trying to find the right size bra for a pre-teen family member. She is silently suffering because although she is small, her breast have grown so large within the last 2 years. So, I am hoping these bras will fit her. I hate to see her be shameful about her body. I have looked all over and have ordered bras who advertised size wasn't right or still too small.

I will never again order from this company. The bra I ordered didn't fit, and my return options were to pay 5.95 using their label, or pre-pay myself. Well, I pre-paid ONLY to find my refund was short changed an additional 5.42. Unethical!

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Answer: Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.
