I had a technical issue with the website during the evening of cyber Monday, which prevented me from placing my order, and the company's response to my email was that my security settings must have been the problem. I called the company today because I did not have a problem with security settings when I placed a previous online order with HerRoom. I told the company rep on the telephone that I had printed out my entire shopping cart before it got emptied by their technical glitch, and I wanted the same items at the same prices. The rep hemmed and hawed about that. We started going through the items that I had tried to purchase and less than 24 hours later, they were already out of 2 items. Never once did the telephone rep apologize for my inconvenience; she just kept saying, "Our website changes day to day." Even though I told her I would be glad to email her my printout of the items and the Cyber Monday prices, she would not commit to selling me the remaining items at those prices. I buy a LOT of lingerie from different places, and this customer service was by far the worst I have encountered. I decided not to place the order after all and I will NEVER purchase from this site again. Given my purchase history in general with lingerie, the company lost thousands in business today in a phone call with a single poorly trained customer service representative

I was a little nervous when I received the follow up email about getting my delivery when I hadn't received it. But the tracking proved helpful and I received my order today. I love the sports bras I picked and the fitting guide was so helpful, I'll never pay higher prices at the local fitted bra places again! I will definitely buy from HerRooom again!

My purchase got sent back and they are not reimbursing me, nor re-sending my order. Also, they delete negative reviews.
** I should mention that the order was a gift that my husband chose to be delivered at the local ups store. He forgot to pick it up and the package got sent back to Her Room. The package was never opened, the product was SEALED. We called, emailed the company to get my order OR get reimbursed. They refused to honor any of these two requests.

Better than last shopping experience. Last item was defective. Unable to return or receive a credit. Underwire was broken. Unreasonable return policy just because of coronavirus. How are are you too shop online without some sort of guarantee of a fine product?

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
