It's easy to navigate, the reviews are very useful, as is the Herroom advice. I really like how I can review my previous orders going back years to make it easier the next times I shop to remember what worked and what didn't. The selection is fantastic, as is the service. I appreciate that my products are delivered in a box. Other retailers send soft goods like clothing in plastic. Everything gets beat up during delivery and the box provides more protection, and is better for returns.

This is the second bra purchase that I made this year that doesn't even come close to fitting. I've used the universal sizing chart before and it worked a few years back. This year when I put my size in the calculator said that my sizes were out of range. So I had to try to get as close as I possibly could. I couldn't fit at all I'm these bras. That only just covered half of my breast. The rest of me was popping out of all sides. I don't know what's going on, but I'm sending these bras back. I'm going to try to order new bras one more time. If it doesn't work. I'm going to give up using this site. I'm sorry but I don't have the time or money to waste trying to order bras through HerRoom.
Hello L - Looking at your order history, you are selecting bras in huge swing sizes - up to 6 cup sizes different. You are also coming down several band sizes. This is not the way to find your new bra size. You also have the challenge of being in the fuller cup size range that does not give an accurate cup size from measuring. I would encourage you to contact us, tell us what is wrong with the fit of your best fitting bra, and we can help you zoom in on a better bra size. I hope this answers your question.

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
