I am still not happy with the answer which you gave me on the matter about returning the items: bras, that you advertised as returnable. I had difficulty finding the link to return the items that did not fit so I asked for customer service and then I was answered that the 30 day return policy had expired. I asked for help WITHIN THE FIRST 30 days. Then I get an answer too late, saying that the problem was THE RETURN PERIOD HAD EXPIRED. I've told your CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THAT AND THEY HAVE JUST SAID AGAIN THAT I AM JUST GIVING YOU A VERY CLEAR MESSAGE you a very clear MESSAG. Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
