I bought two bras from HerRoom.com, both marked the same size. One, the cup fit fine. The other I wanted to exchange for the same bra with a smaller cup size, because the cup was almost a C and not a B, as marked. In cases of exchange, HerRoom policy is to pay for the return shipping. But -- because I was also returning the other bra, which rolled up right under the bust -- and then purchasing a new bra, HerRoom said they would Not pay for the shipping. Also, the advice I got was to go down a size in the band and go UP a size in the cups, which were already too big.
I waited on the phone for an extensive amount of time while they discussed whether or they would pay for the shipping. I decided, after that long wait and the frosty demand that I pay the shipping, to cancel the exchange, and cancel the new bra. I though they would help me find the right size bra and that this would be my Go-To place. The poor decision of charging me shipping for an exchange plus a return/purchase was matched by somewhat icy voice and attitude of the customer "service" people. HerRoom does not provide helpful, pleasant customer service.
Finally, I posted a dignified and accurate review of the bra on the HerRoom website and they cut off most of the review and wrote that "This bra runs true to size." That's simply not true and misleading to other shoppers.

Returns and exchanges take forever and you pay shipping on these. In addition, they are very difficult to contact. Forget about calling, chat availability is spotty at best and they take a very long time to respond to email. Most recently I had a return that was finally processed after almost a month but they never issued the refund. When they finally did (I had to contact them), it was short by $35 even though the return shipping is only about $6. Am trying to resolve this now and I have one more return (God help me). Once that's resolved I'll never purchase from them again.

For the second of the 2 orders their robo-reply keeps telling me to 'rest assured' everything's gonna be alright! What a joke. I'm out almost $400. How can i chat when their is no 'chat' icon? As you should know, International orders have high scrutiny and are slow moving with Covid. You have only sent us 2 emails and have not called. Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard. Hello Rebecca - You have 2 orders placed with us - the one from 2014 has 2 bras with DD(D2) cup sizes ordered. The 2020 order has 2 bras with J(D10) cup sizes - these new bras are 8 cup sizes larger. I hope this answers your question.
