Used their pre-printed label to return items and its been a nightmare! They use a service called UPS Innovations, which means in practical terms... it will never get there so they don't have to refund your money. You are supposed to drop off the package at the post office, then UPS picks it up and returns it. My package has been sitting at the post office for a month as of this writing and no UPS pick up. The Post Office won't help because they can't track the address "UPS Innovations" which does not use a street address. UPS can't track it because it doesn't use a UPS tracking number, and both say go back to the company, which states its not their problem. Customer service said they would look into it and get back to me... a week ago. So far, nothing. I was promised a call from the supervisor, which never came. I sent an email to customer service, which was never answered. They won't give me my refund till they get the returned item. Never again! If you do have to return something, then don't use their pre-printed label, insure it, and be certain you get the tracking number. This company does not stand by their own return shipping labels. And their Customer Service is a joke. Better yet... don't use this company and save yourself a lot of aggravation. Shop elsewhere!

Part of my shipment came quickly. However, Items I ordered were backordered. It happens. However, they were selling the same item online in the same size and color as in stock. When I contacted them through chat, they said they could not ship a partial shipment and I had to wait until the entire order came in before they would ship. The reasoning was they had already shipped a partial shipment. The expectation of arrival was into next month, well past Christmas. I heard the customer service was good at herroom.com after reading reviews on sitejabber but this was a disappointment.

I purchased three items and promptly sent them back, two for a refund and one for an exchange. They refunded one, sent a replacement for the exchange but for the most expensive one claimed it was damaged and will not issue a refund. I tried these items on all at the same time, one right after then other. How can one be damaged and not the others?! I am an honest individual and would be the first to admit if the item was damaged and would not have sent it back. This was the first and last time I will do business with this site. Since, I have seen other reviews with very similar circumstances. Buyer beware! They don't seem to care if they get negative reviews either...
Hello Dawn - We very much care about any negative review receive. Because we sell intimate apparel, a return must be in pristine condition to be accepted per our return policy. We therefore test every returned item before it accepted. Your item, as we have communicated to you several times, contained organic material on the inside and therefore cannot be returned to stock. I had bought a dress like this under the same label in rayon about 20 years ago from JCPennys I have worn it many times over the years and washed and dried it in the dryer it is so comfortable and comes out of the dryer with no wrinkles. It is a perfect house dress especially in the Florida heat. I hope these are made as well and hold up as well as the one I bought so many years ago. In fact I am wearing it right now. The website is easy to use and shows each side of the dress.

You gave your return to your post office 2 weeks ago according to tracking and they have now forwarded it to FEDEX. You should be hearing about a return soon. I hope this answers your question.
