Hello Terri - The $15 bra you purchased is a great value for the price, but requires a little work to adjust. The straps are not meant to be crisscrossed in back. Otherwise, their length fits most. I hope this answers your question.

The bras Don't fit! The design is nice but there's little support for larger women, like DDs. I thought they were from Sears but they are not so I don't get an easy peasy return and I need to return them.

I purchased 3 bras and they were 1 " smaller in the width than ones I previously ordered from another company. Her Room would only refund the money for 2 of them since I already removed label on third bra but they also charged me for the return shipping even though they were obviously defective.

I immediately sent an email asking if they could apply the code to my order. They replied saying "sorry, we can't do that once the order is placed." No other explanation was given. I realize the mistake was entirely my fault but the response left me with a bad taste for the company. Unfortunately, it will be a while before I order again.

All in all, I am very unimpressed with both HerRoom ($5.95 to return an item that doesn't match the description in any of the important ways?) and the bra. Do not recommend.
Hello Katy - We stand by our description of this product by Under Armour. We are also the only website that tells you the padding thickness which is 3/16". Many times customers try to claim a defect in order to receive a free return shipment.
