I was disappointed that they didn't list the size I was looking for, 42L. So I ordered some in cup size J. What I received were cup sizes M (which is slightly too big) and O which is way too big!

My first return process was very difficult. I did not get a refund until I called and asked about it. The lounge dresses are nice but the jogger pants were too small.

I like herroom because they have a ton of styles in my size, any style i happen to be looking for, the information about the bras are very helpful (materials, where the seams are, recommended for petite or not), prices are very reasonable, and returns are easy. Why shop anywhere else?

Shopping was easy. It about 2 weeks for the package to arrive. The bra straps are wide and comfortable but they are not adjustable so just be aware that if you are a big cup size, the weight of your breasts will pull the bra down in the front. There is no real back 'brace' or support, just lots of material which could make the bra uncomfortable in the summer.
I have been shopping Her Room for years, and once I find a product I like I want to stick with it. Not happening here, everytime I go to reorder, the product is not available or the product is not in the color I want or the product is not as well made as it used it be. (not much is these days)
