I am disappointed that my original order from 7/8/21 did not arrive in time for my vacation on 7/23/21 so I had to reorder all the items with overnight shipping. I called customer service and the representative could not help me get overnight shipping for free nor could she offer me a discount. Needed these items for a vacation I am leaving on 7/23. She said she would escalate to management. She should be empowered to help the customers. I never heard back from any manager nor did anyone ever refund the gobs and gobs of shipping fees I paid. Then, the order I paid to have overnighted said it wasn't going to be overnighted and instead arrive on the day I was leaving for my vacation. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered the exact same size and model number camisoles I previously ordered but the newer camisoles are narrower than the previous camisoles. I laid the newer on top of the older, and the newer is about an inch narrower. Like too many clothing items in the past couple of years, the same slacks, blouses, and now camisoles are made more cheaply. It makes me less inclined to order on-line.

I've been waiting over a month for customer service to get back to me for an exchange and return. Nobody has processed my exchange nor gotten back to me in a timely manner to get a full refund. I've never had this issue before but definitely not ordering again as I'm already out a few hundred dollars

I ordered two identical bras from HerRoom. When the bras arrived, I noticed that one was very stretched, and the other had snags and "pills" in the material, as if someone had worn them, and then run them through a washer. In other words, they appeared to be "used" instead of "new".
In the past, when I ordered bras identical to these from HerRoom, those bras arrived in obviously new condition, in packaging that was factory sealed. I'm not sure why the bras I ordered this time arrived in such poor condition.
As a result, I won't be ordering from this company again.

Returned two unworn bras, shipped exactly how they came. They refused to take back unworn, unused bras.
I could not get them over my head. Shipped them back in same exact condition. Same packaging. Tags not removed! Bad company, Do Not Do Business! The bras never worn and barely touched. They donated my bras without my permission! Buyer Beware. I feel I've been robbed! Go by the book and get screwed. Lying Theives!

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
