I ordered 10 pair of 100% nylon size 5 underwear after a lot of searching and reading reviews. After placing the order and being fully charged and expecting to receive the underwear, I was notified of a lengthy delay. In other words, I was sold underwear that was not in stock! That should never happen in my opinion! When the package arrived 5 weeks later, the fit was huge so I returned all of them and had to pay $9 shipping at the post office. The entire experience was terrible.

I ordered two beach house one piece long sleeve bathing suits and I am very happy with the bathing suits and also the prompt delivery.
It seems that each order seems to change the delivery date. It was October now it's November., they send you one bra then the rest takes months to get. Not great customer service. Then after I order my ten bras they send me a text for 25% of my next order. I didn't even get my first order. Very upsetting.

I placed an order totaling $300 as a first time customer. The items were the wrong size (that's on me), but that is not the issue. I chatted with customer service and was met with Cynthia who was very snarky and curt even going to the extent of stating that I was being "sarcastic" despite me only making a mere clarification. To receive the necessary I was left to apologize for something that I did not do. The "bot" was actually more courteous than her as she could not even give me a greeting. A week later, I unfortunately had to deal with her once more as I had followed up on an inquiry regarding their inventory which showed that they were out of stock on my end. Cynthia proceeds to essentially shout at me exclaiming that she's seeing the item in stock. With the aforementioned I simply hung up. I was even more disgusted to learn that she was a supervisor. However, given the subpar and unprofessional attitude that I've received it made sense. Needless to say, I went with another merchant who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable who I will be working with long term. Her Room will also not acknowledge any customer feedback that you provide (I did after my first encounter with staff from their company). But it worked out because I am able to spend my hard earned money towards a business that actually deserves it. I do not recommend HerRoom to anyone. Unprofessional, rude and incompetent comes to mind when I think of this brand.

I love my Maidenform bras and Vanity Fair illumination panties, but I live in a location that doesn't sell them. I have ordered from Herroom before, and decided to try them again. I placed a large order, and was notified almost immediately that the several items were out of stock or pre-order status. No big deal, I guess. The only problem is that they held up the whole order for a few pieces. The whole order finally shipped out complete 3 weeks after it was placed. It was delivered while I was out of town, which is the reason I ordered the pieces to begin with. Hopefully the next time I need an order, there won't be such a major issue.

Well I am almost 70 yrs old. I am through with the underwire bra days. I have purchased $60.00+ bras for the last time. The last one were tearing my skin off. I bought that other crap out of elastic. The only panties I wear are shadow line high cut briefs. I have worn them for many many years and they are the only ones that do not ride up. I never put my lingerie in the dryer so they last forever. My old ones are still OK but I wanted to get some new ones in case they weren't available any longer. I was able to find my favorite panties in colors that I love! There is nothing like Vanity Fair Lace Nouveau nylon briefs. They've been my favorite over 30 years. HerRoom carries colors I just can't find in the local department stores. Shipping was fast, too! I love HerRoom and VF panties.
