Company is crap ordered on Nov 24 2020 some items were for xmas. Yet it is Jan 13 and I have still not gotten my order. Started emailing 2 week in dec. When Jesse finally answer they assured me the order would be reshipped asap. Yes still no order and no up dates. Then tried customer service again to week but finally Patrick answered but just as quickly started ignoring me again. Will be disputing with cc company on Friday. NEVER ORDER FROM COMPANY WITHOUT PHONE NUMBER.
I have bought 3 bongs from them, every time they take almost a month to arrive and then they break after about a month or less of use. They do not reply to emails or on their social media so good luck getting any help. The only saving grace is the Route insurance but Dankstop has that and gives you the option to choose your shipping speed and they reply to emails. So there a re better options if you want better glass and for it to actually come on time. As big of a company as Hemper is, you'd think they would have better service and better order processing, but I guess not. Be careful buying here and know there are better and quicker options.
I order a product on December 12th. I ordered priority 1-3 day shipping. It is now December
22. Still no product. I will never buy or refer hemper to anyone because they take your money but they do not send your product. They also create a fake shipping lable it keeps saying in transit. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I REPEAT THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY

This company doesn't seem to have it together with organization. I ordered a 3-month subscription in October and didn't receive the October box until I emailed about it in November. They blamed the delay on COVID production delays (which I accepted then but am leaning towards it being an organizational issue now) It is now December 16 and my November box still hasn't arrived and two emails have been left unanswered. Unimpressed with this company and their customer service. There's no sense doing themed items if we can't get them in the month they're themed for. Stick with Hippie Butler or CannaBox. They ship on time and have great customer service.
They take your money quickly and don't ship your order. I placed my order on November 23rd, the funds were withdrawn and and order status never changed. I reached out to customer service, they said they expedited my order but still no change in order status. I was hoping my order would be here for a Christmas gift I am putting together, but it looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
They refused to cancel and refund my order after I received no shipping info for weeks, I literally have 50 messages back and forth where they flat out refuse even though they have yet to make a shipping label as their website states. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card to get my money back. Weeks go by and one day I receive a package, I open it bc it was unmarked and it's from hemper but 2 of the 3 items in my order were wrong! Rediculous experience from start to finish, stay away!
I honestly don't know where to start with this company, I ordered he Zenith "level" water pipe 2 months ago. When doing so I had my money immediately taken from my bank account like i assumed would happen but never received a confirmation email. I tired to reach out to the support team, they did reach back but i say this so seriously in witch they couldn't help a fly land on $#*!. That being said I wanted to cancel the order and get my $109.50 back and when i then contacting them about doing so got a response with in a day telling me i could only get store credit and the only way to acquire a cash refund is within the first 24 hours of making the order. Mind you this was 2 months ago and i never received confirmation the order was placed in the first place. If i knew all of this in the first 24 hours of me ordering the pipe do you think I still would have ordered it? Basically a slap to the costumers face. On top of all of this they advertise priority shipping for like 5 or 7 extra dollars witch i got but then told me they could not fulfill because of covid. I understand the pandemic were in but why say you can do something you very clearly cant do. As of me typeing this no one has gotten back to me from hemper about where my order is or if i will even receive it. DONT WASE YOUR TIME OR MONEY, just go to your local headshop... HEMPER doesn't care about you they just want your money I promise that.
Placed an order on 11/30, never received confirmation email for my order, but my card was still charged. I figured hey we're in a global pandemic, I'll be patient before getting worried. On 12/5, I still hadn't heard anything so I sent an email to customer service. My email went unanswered, I sent a follow up email on 12/9. Still nothing. Given that it's been almost two weeks since my card was charged, and the company has yet to respond or confirm my order, I am left with no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Even one automated email to all orders letting customers know about delays would've assuaged my concerns, but they aren't even doing that? The company's account was also recently suspended on Twitter, super legit. If you check their IG, it's full of comments from people whose orders have been delayed for months. I strongly urge you to avoid the hassle of any interaction with this company, and particularly avoid at all costs if you rely on medicinal, it's not worth the gamble. There are other companies out there who have figured out how to deliver products, respond to customers, and keep their employees safe. If it weren't for the incessant marketing emails I wouldn't be sure they are still in business, something's fishy.

I've been waiting 3 months for the last 2 boxes i purchased the second i asked for a refund they completely stopped responding and now won't respond to me but they can email me asking how my purchase was even tho i have still yet to receive either of the boxes and when i respond to that email they don't respond yet again. They won't give me my money back and they won't ship out my boxes it's gotten to the point that i'm reaching out on different platforms and i'm probably still not going to get a response. A friend of mine had the same problem with hemper and she never got her boxes as well. They're basically scamming you when you end your subscription but still need the boxes you already paid for. The customer service is the worst, absolutely the worst. I have been to their Instagram, page their Twitter, and wrote them a email. No response maybe its because I was cursing them out but when someone has your money you do them things. I'm waiting on a order that hasn't even been sent to the post office yet and this is after a week. I highly recommend you shop at 420science.com they are a far better company. I ordered from them because I needed this piece. Im not able to go to a physical store because I'm in a wheelchair and I rely on shipping to save my $#*! when I'm in need. Wish I could write this review on their site, but they don't allow you to write reviews because they are using a service thats writes only good reviews for them. Ordered item back on April 16th, it "shipped" May 12th, and yet here we are 8 months later and still a no show. I tried to chalk it up to Covid newly messing everything up mail-wise but seeing new reviews on the site from other customers happily getting their products in a timely manner I started to feel like maybe I was one of few that slipped through the cracks like a crumb in the couch. Tried to email customer service a few times and just got the usual robotic "ticket filed, wait for response" loop from their dedicated team of customer service androids instead of an actual human. Pretty much took off with $48 (not a terrible loss, but still pretty annoying)
And even with priority mail (stupid me!) the last known fate of my package was that it's forever sitting in their Las Vegas warehouse while they probably went and bought lunch with my order payment. In all honestly in my frustration with 2020 I've completely forgotten about Hemper and my MIA package the last few months, only until recently they boldly emailed me asking how I was enjoying said product, which annoyingly reminded me of their existence and my damn package that never arrived. Hilarious. Y'all f*ckin' suck.

Here's a few issues that I have experienced with this company besides the lack of customer service. When I go to their check out it shows me a different total than what I'm proceed to pay due to their coupon not registering then on top of that the deals they have are fake, I've tried purchasing over 150$ and didn't get any of their "tiers". When I tried to contact customer support no one, called their place of business said they're not taking callers. Emailed them nothing. Worst place of business. If a customer was willing to pay over 100$ I'd give them my attention

I ordered through Groupon on 4/20/20. Was signed up to receive a box every month. Waited 6 weeks for the 1st box to show up. It was Jack the Ripper. I thought that was strange for April. Seemed more like a Halloween pipe. Anyways, they kept charging me $46.80 every month. It's October now. Never received another box. They contacted me this month and said they couldn't mail me anything- could I please provide a new address. I replied- oh really? Because you sent me an order in April- no problem with the address!
This company is a scam. I contacted my CC company requesting a refund and immediately Hemper sent me a store credit. Nope! I do not ever want to do business with this company and I'm still waiting for my CC to reimburse me. Don't order from them. You can't even complain on their website. Definite Buyer Beware!
They wont post my review of theyre horrible serivice, i have a 3 month subscription to the hemper box. Havent recieved the october box its been currently 16 days since the label has been created. All emails are copy and paste responses. They refuse to actually talk to you, they ignore you and will not post a bad review on there site. I ordered 2 items with protection on Aug 24 2020 and have still not recieved my order. Was told that order was in route to USPS facility but was informed that they only recieved the info to make label while awaiting items but that they weren't shipped from warehouse yet. Ill never order from them again and I'll discourage anyone else from ordering anything from them. Was told that order was lost and had to be reshipped so here we go again for 2nd time and hurry up and wait to not recieve what I've already paid for 2 months ago. Ridiculous!

Answer: Scam, they don't send the "products " you order and only offer in-store credit in the event of a return.
Answer: Barely possible to get an answer. Sent multiple emails and never got anything back until a week later, and my question wasn't even answered. I asked for a refund because they charged me w/o my authorization, and their response told me how to skip a month on my current subscription. Like, wtf?
