The dress is beautiful but I never received my veil
Not nearly as fluffy and poofy as the picture indicates. Shipping never came with a tracking number i had to reach out two separate times before i was finally presented with tracking.

I ordered the dress which is too small. They basically want me to send naked pictures of my body in order to return the dress. I informed them that the dress did not cover my chest area and they are requesting pictures to prove it. Now that I have a return address it is $118 to send the dress back where I paid $149 for the dress. I'm stuck with a formal gown!
This was not the quality I wanted and requested a return several times. They continue to stall.

I found a pretty dress and had my mom buy it. I honestly searched for a long time. It was affordable and looked pretty. Plus it said we can return it if needed so that was really helpful.
I loved the dress, but the bride felt it was too fancy for a mothers dress. I wanted to return it, but since nothing was wrong with the dress, they are charging me a 15% stocking fee, and all shipping costs.

This style is very pretty, we ordered for my daughter's wedding and read the return policy. My daughter didn't end up liking the dress. So I reached out to initiate a return. Customer Service is not what they portray on their website. My understanding was that you can return the dress within 14 days of receiving the dress. I initiated the return and the customer service person said there is a restocking fee for returning the dress. It doesn't say that on their website...I will not order from them again.

I was nervous to order online because I normally don't have good luck! We these dresses were great!
My order came quickly and was better quality than I expected. The size was a little big so I will need to get it altered. Better too big than too small!
The dress was very pretty. But when i put it on the fit was very off. I measured before ordering but it didn't fit well at all. Im normally a size 6 i ordered an 8. I was very disappointed when i put it on.
Everything with buying the product was wonderful but I tried to contacted you to exchange the size to 12 and just now I hear from you you, I don't trust for future product buying with you
It was so hard to pick one as all the dresses are amazing. I was able to upload my measurements and their customer service responds so quickly.
Ordering was easy. I received the delivery pretty fast considering it was shipped from out of the USA.
Prior to ordering I reviewed this companies return policy to insure that I could return the item if it didn't fit, as long as it was not a customised item it says you can return within 14 days with a full refund. This is not the case 20 emails later and the compromise has been a 60% refund of cost of dress and I keep dress. They don't want you to return things so unless you are 100% sure it will fit. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm going to be in a wedding in March and the bride chose a different site for all the bridesmaids to order dresses from, about a month ago I went to order my dress and the site said that it wouldn't be here until the END of March (after the wedding). I found almost the exact same dress on this site and have already received it! This is my second purchase from here and I couldn't be happier.
Their return policy is very deceiving. You have to return within 14 days but they need to approve your request for a refund. Meaning, if they don't get back to you then you're stuck with the dresses that you're unsatisfied with. I think they just need to understand that a lot of people shopping on their site are on there because they don't have the money to buy an expensive bridal gown so they are taking advantage of people that don't have much money to begin with. Shame on this company, one of the dresses I bought I ordered in white. It was clearly lavender... I wish I would've done more research before ordering from them. Now I'm out $500 and stuck with 3 awful dresses.
