The order took about three weeks to arrive. The dress is nice, but the inside padding is too thick and the sparkles fall off. They were all over my floor when i tried the dress on.

Straight pin still in flower.went to try one and was pricked by pin am going to have another set of eyes look at it to see if there r any more

The dresses are fairly good for the prices and shipping is very fast. I will purchase from this website again however the website is a bit odd to use as the screen glitches when you scroll up or down.

I was very disappointed. I followed your sizing chart and when I tried it on, I was unable to zip it up at all. It's exactly what I want and was really hoping it would be perfect.I am hoping that I will be able to return it and then order the same dress in a bigger size.

Dress fit perfectly, I ordered a size 14 and it took about 2 weeks to come.

It was very easy to buy and I even made a mistake when ordering and they were able to change it for me a week later, very good with keeping me updated about my order. Responded quickly to my emails as well

I recommend brick and mortar shopping, on line shopping from unknown distant websites is a bad idea and the pictures don't represent the products.

They do not accept returns. The response for a response for a return was go to a tailor. I didn't even get the correct dress I ordered.

I did the personal measurements and it gits like a glove...i can not wait to wear it for my wedding!

I ordered 3 dresses and wanted to return 2 of them as they were not good for my body type. I reached out to Hebeos customer service and followed the instructions they provided and was told that since I was sent the correct items, they could not take them as a free return and there would be a 15% restocking fee and asked if I could keep them and resell them on my own. Horrible customer service!
