I ordered my wedding dress from here on January 3rd and we're now about to enter May. I was in contact multiple times asking them to figure out what was going on as there hadn't been any shipment updates and the shipping dates had come and gone. They just sent me the same shipping status I could see and asked me to be patient. Well I was more than patient. I contacted them asking for a refund and they decided to investigate FINALLY and they located the dress. I am no longer interested and am moving so I will not even be here to receive it. I told them no i want a refund and let them know I couldn't even receive it. They told me well we can do a partial refund because we will be out the dress and the money. I said have them ship it back to you. They then said now I have to pay the import tax when it arrives to get the item. Again I do not want the item, nor will I be able to receive it. I hoped the company would stand by their guarantee of a fast and reliable delivery and customer oriented focus but clearly all they care about is the money they make. I've given the company many times to right their wrong and they're simply not interested and don't care. I had to buy a different dress for my wedding so that was an additional cost to me because of them as well. I would NEVER recommend them and I hope everyone stays away. This was the worst buying experience.
Very different experience from 4 yrs ago. Our custom dress the first time around was perfect, this time it was so oversized that we need to have it altered locally now just so that the dress won't fall off. Paying extra for custom measurements but then can't return according to their policy.

I ordered the incorrect size the first time around, and when I attempted to return it, they explained that there would be a 15% restocking fee (which is completely understandable) and I'd have to pay the postage to return it (also completely understandable). The final sentence of the email said, "We're willing to refund you 13% of the dress purchase price for compensation."
Let's be honest. That's not even worth the postage. I'll sell it online.

I am a size 12. I looked at their chart did the measurements and ordered a size 16 to give myself a little extra since I was ordering. Figured I could have taken in locally if needed. It is awful. Measurements are so off. And of course will charge 15% restock fee plus shipping. I'm stuck with a 140$ dress. Will never order again from this site.
I ordered a standard size 8 ball gown. Immediately, I realized I could order with custom measurements. The instructions say to go to your order and cancel. However, there is no button or way to cancel. You cannot call them. You have to email them and ask to cancel. They do not respond within 24 hrs. Even longer! So, I ordered a custom measurement dress that same night which was needed soon. Finally, they emailed back and said it is too late to cancel.! The next day after the standard size 8 dress was ordered, it miraculously was ready and they were shipping it. THE NEXT DAY! When the tailoring was supposed to take 10-14 days, it was shipped the next and could not be stopped. I waited for the custom size dress to come. It was the right length, but I still had have it tailored to take it in by 1 inch on the waist which cost another $45.
Now, I that have the custom dress, I am going to try to return the standard size 8 but I am told I will only get a fraction of the price and I will have to pay for return shipping. They actually said I should just keep the dress! Why would I need two of the same dresses?!
It was shocking to see the way the dress was made so perfectly. I was shocked to see it out the package! I was thinking about what kind of bra will be perfect for this dress. But I figured it out quickly!
