Dress too small, fit was poor. Shipping was quick. Dress disappointing

They would not return the dress due to it not fitting

The dress came quick but it didn't fit me (it was too big) and i did a customized order, i also got the dress in a different color. I wanted emerald green but i got reg green instead.

No one has responded to me requesting a label to return this dress, it's nothing like the pic, it looks cheap.

Bad the material is bad the material is ugly and I am asking for a review and they are not giving it to me

I ordered from Heboes, received my confirmation email, received an email that I had been charged for the item, and then received an email that my item was in 'tailoring' phase, and then the next email I received was confirming delivery, which never happened. I've repeatedly sent emails explaining that I never received the item (with no reply), and now I keep receiving emails to review the item. Seems like a scam to me

DONT PURCHASE! This is another scam from China! Took me almost a week to get a response when they only allow two weeks to submit a return. Then wanted pictures of the reason for my return before they would ever send a return label! I just wanted to return the dresses because they were past the date of our prom. It was a nightmare!. The return policy is useless!

Because the dress was unable to be worn (too small) on the date it was needed for, it was not a great experience.

Horrible. Customer service/returns do not exist. Site is a scam! You can not make returns. Their policy is a lie.

It is absolutely ridiculous to spend tons of money on a dress when these are amazing and you're only going to wear them for a few hours.

Purchased the standard size that was to be 33 1/2 inches across the bust. It arrived at 36. Definitely does not work. Emailed within hours of receiving to request a return. Received one email back saying they look into it, I haven't heard back anything since. Growing concerned.

Order was to arrive between 4/11-4/18 and it still hasn't shipped as of 4/21. Trying to contact customer service via their website only offers a broken link. It's a sham, people!

I ordered my daughter dress on March 28,2023 and I still haven't received the dress and it is hard for me to get in contact with someone. I have sent multiple emails and still nothing. I just want a refund at this point because my sister wedding is tomorrow and I had to go out and purchase a dress.
