My dress arrived several days before promised. It was well made. I would suggest you get the customization to your measurements -- it's worth every penny! The dress fit me perfectly. I hope I will be asked to be a bridesmaid sometime in the future so I can order from Hebeos again!

The only thing I didn't like is you couldn't see all the colors to know what color you wanted the dress in but the color is perfect

I was definitely concerned ordering a dress online. I purchased it for my wedding reception. The quality of the dress was amazing and a perfect fit!

There are several issues. The button is sewn up inside the gown so it makes like a balloon that can't be let out. The bottom is completely crooked and has one line of sewing on the inside so there is no crease at the bottom. The sleeves are like 3 sizes bigger than the dress. This is for my daughter's prom and I'm in a crunch to fix this dress.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous! Fits perfectly! The dress is everything I wanted. Also the dress came faster than expected which was great.

Absolutely terrible. Dress too small. Even with a 14 day return policy. I notified them in less than a week. They want me to order more material to have someone else to add material which would cost more than the dress. Or pay for another one with a 70% discount. Not including shipping. Ridiculous!

I wish it explained clearer where I could enter my measurements to have the dress custom made.

*DO NOT order from this site* PROTECT YOU'RE MONEY. All of the reviews I have read said great things about the dress so I didn't think it would be a problem. My dress came and it was not the correct one. Didn't even have the same pattern as well as the color. The color I order was a bright royal blue and when it came in the mail it was a dark blue with a complete different sequence pattern. The quality of the dress was super thin, not supportive and way to over price. The dress was $194 and it is NOT a $194 dress. I went to windsor and found a $92 dress with the same sequence pattern, more support and WAY better/ thick quality. Now this site is being a pain to let me return my dress. It may seem like an easy return policy but it is not. You have to go through multiple steps just to put in a request of why you want to return your item and hope some gets back to you. They took forever to get back to me and are now saying they will give me 20% back and can keep the dress. This company is an absolute scam. Please DONT waste your time on this sit and SAVE YOURE MONEY.
