I ordered a dress mid March for a wedding paid extra to expedite shipping never heard from them after several inquiries they they sent me a tracking number 4/20/21 that said it arrived 4/5/2021. I have not received the item and I did not get a refund they asked me to take it up with fedex. Terrible terrible company and customer service.
I received my dress and ordered accordingly with my measurements however it is so small that there is no way it measures to my measurements. I normally wear a 16W and this dress is more like a 12. I could not even get it on and my National pageant is June 17th therefore I do not have time to play an back and forth game nor the money to put out for another one that may not fit. I am extremely upset with the Hebeos company. I would have to lose shipping and stocking fees and pay for a new dress before receiving anything back for this one. I will not order from them again.

My daughter picked out this dress for her senior prom. At first I was a little hesitant to order from a website out of the country, but I'm glad we did! Not only did we order the dress but we also got shoes and a crown for my princess. All three were absolutely beautiful! The dress was a size 6 which in US size she was 7-8 and it needs just a little bit taking in. Took it to get altered and the lady was commenting on how great the quality of the fabric was and she works for a bridal company! My princess looks absolutely stunning. Thank you I will use this company again and highly recommend it!

Plan on keeping whatever you order - like it or not. They will not refund with return even if the dress does not fit or if the quality is not to your satisfaction. We received a poor quality dress that did not fit (despite sending precise measurements) and they are only offering $16 on a $190 dress. Will not buy from them again.
