We ordered a dress for a prom. Waited and waited, and what came was a sub-par dress that was completely not flattering. The color was off from what they showed online (they use some fantastic lighting and models) and the material was something I would (or might) use for pillows. It would take hundreds of dollars on tailoring to make this dress look beautiful. I contacted costumer service and explained that the dress was just plain awful and the most unflattering dress ever. WELL, the dress was not damaged or wrong... so there were absolutely NO REFUNDS. And they just kept sending their return policy to me. I was further told that this was a "custom" dress and could not be resold... when in fact... it was not... it was merely a size 12. There was nothing custom about this dress at all.
After several emails to "*******@hebeos" I was told if I chose to return the dress there would be a 30%... yes, you read that right 30% restocking fee. Now if this was truly a custom dress... what are they restocking? I was told that for my "inconvenience" and with manager approval... they were give me a 10% refund. Seriously? The dress was $167.00 and I paid almost $30.00 in shipping. A complete waste.
Of course their testimonials online would make you think their dresses are absolutely perfect... but of course, those are all approved by them and selected for their site. They wouldn't post anything different.

I was so happy to receive the dress but also very mad because I couldn't try it on right away due to this horrible fishy smell. You would think they washed it with fish water. The dress was very stink. I wanted to return it but it finally came to me if I wash it may be I can try it. I literally soaked the dress with vinegar for days and then used soap to finally get rid of the strong fish smell. I was very uncomfortable and grossed out by the smell. Please do better. The dress overall is a nice dress just make sure you take your measurements before ordering.
First of all, don't even think for a second you will be able to return a dress, no matter what the site says. Quality is ok at best, the advice I would give is never stop moving and no one will notice any flaws. Of which there are many. If you try to return, be prepared to be offered only a percentage back and you'll be advised to leave $30 on top of the dress so it can "pass through customs". Worst idea ever. Shop local and save the headache.
My wedding gown came and was perfect. Great materials and absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this company but he sure to do custom measurements. 1 of my six bridesmaids didn't do custom measurements and ordered her size and her dress was to small
I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding, one she picked out, and the dress came later than expected after paying $30 for quicker delivery. When I received the dress it felt heavy, a difference in material from the website, most likely, anyway the color was also lighter than the website Sage Green, so I tried it on and it was so HORRIBLE fitting. The dress was higher in the back than the front. I contacted Hebeos Customer Service to inquire about a refund. Of course there was the back and forth until they agreed to refund and return 10% of the purchase price. Lol! That is a scam. Why would I accept $8 back when it would cost me more to return and allow them to resell to someone else. DON'T DO IT! Save yourself the headache and just don't purchase a "Mother of the Bride Dress" from Hebeos.
I am still waiting for my refund. The order says it was cancelled but the money was not returned. There is no number to reach you at.

On January 14,2022, I purchased and paid for a beautiful silver, white and grey bouquet that has diamonds on them for my wedding. Received two emails on Jan. 15, and Jan. 20 that the package had been shipped. The tracking number they provided gave no shipping information. Checked back two weeks later, still no package and still no information when checking the tracking number. Sent HEBEOS an email concerned about my package and they responded with a "be patient and give it some time" email. I received a package in the mail Feb. 11,2022 and opened it and it was a dog vest. I was confused because I did not order a dog vest. That next day, I checked the tracking number and it showed that the package was delivered on Feb. 11,2022. So I immediately check around my house because I was so excited that my bouquet arrived. No bouquet. Contacted the post office and they reassured me that the package was definitely delivered Feb. 11. Checked the tracking number and it matched the tracking number that HEBEOS sent me in the email. Ok... human error... I'll reach out to them and let them know they sent me the wrong package. I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS COMPANY WITH A LOT OF PROOF EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PACKAGE. I keep getting an email saying everything but I'm sorry, we will make this right and send you the bouquet that you paid for and I am soooooo frustrated with this company. I feel like I have been scammed and now I'm in search of finding another bouquet for my wedding because I can't walk down the aisle with a dog vest.

Got the dress and it was 2 sizes too big, 7 inches too long in length, 4 inches too long on sleeves, and 2 inches too big in the sleeves. Had to spend $220 in alterations. Their website specifically states they will reimburse you for the alterations if you have to have more than 2 inches altered on any part of the dress. They refuse to do anything. They have a different person respond to my emails one time a day late at night. There is no history of previous conversations with them so they keep sending the same response every time. The quality of my dress is horrible. The sequence falls off every time anyone touches it. The inseem of the dress had to be completely replaced due to the quality of the material and it just shreds. Complete disappointment all around!
