This is a scam website. I spent over $200 on this website. When I asked for a return, it was excuse after excuse as to why I could not return the dress when they gave me the wrong color. It is clearly stated in their policy that I would be able to do so.

Bought a wedding dress on Hebeos on January 25,2022 that looks nothing like what's advertised online. I have been professionally fitted and been fitting other dresses therefore I know it's on them. Their measurements is way off so badly I can't zip the back up, my bust, hips and butt is sucked it and I can't move into the dress, despite going a size up. I have been reaching out to have them process my return and they have been completely ignoring me, even after uploading photos of the dress and fit. The dress looks cheap and nothing like what was advertised. I need my full refund! This is fraud!

Absolute garbage quality was what I received. & when I requested a return this was their response: 'For this flower girl dress, it is the same as the picture shown (not true), the lining on the inside is showing a little bit, just sort it out.' The inside lining comes out of the top of the dress and this is not what it looked like in the picture! The color is way off and the bow is a different color from the dress. My wedding dress was a nightmare for so many reasons. The material and quality is so cheaply made. I feel like they purposely target Americans & leave you under the impression this garbage isn't coming from China and they refuse to refund you your money.

My daughter has been looking for a prom dress. Saw several she liked on the site but narrowed it down to 1. We received it but it is way too small. We ordered a size bigger because we know that formal dresses tend to run small. They will not take the dress back. They say we have to just have it altered. It is too small and unable to be altered as well as she doesn't care for the dress. They said that is a pity. Explained that they use fake models to make the dresses look good and that their sizes don't usually fit without alterations. Yes, those are their words. I would not recommend using them. Yes, the dresses are affordable but if bridesmaids don't fit in them or they don't fit for prom, you are stuck with it

This company is absolutely horrible! Do not, and I repeat, do not order unless you feel the dress will fit you perfectly. Because if it doesn't fit, you can't return. If you don't like the color, you can't return. I read reviews as well where their dress was damaged, and they couldn't return. They will try everything in their power to keep your money, you're better off finding a dress from somewhere else.

They said they refunded my money and 3 months later it's still not there. They actually argued with me about why i didn't want the dress... buyer beware!

Hebeos is a straight scam. First and foremost, they are operating and shipping out of China, which was the first red flag I ignored. I bought a dress but did not like the color and when I tried to return it, they asked me "to see it from their point of view and begged for understanding." No legitimate company would ever operate like this! They will try to offer you 5%-6% off what u spent which is nothing! I should have followed my mind and not have bought anything from their site. They will not be in business for long with this mindset.

It's a very nice dress. And even tho they're far away they answered to any questions I had and delivered the dress in a timely manner.

Do not buy anything from them the return or exchange policy is terrible they do not exchange and if you return they only give you 10% refund. They are a ripoff. The color was way off. Mine was suppose to be rose gold and look at the color

DO NOT order from this site! The pics they post are misleading, the quality of the item is very poor, the return policy is deceiving. Though they claim that you have 14 days to return you must send pics of you wearing the item and your measurements (very creepy, too personal!) and then they never authorize the return. They try to "negotiate" for an amount for you to just keep the dress--starting with only a 10% refund. I disputed the charge on my credit card and they claim that they did not receive the item back when in reality they never gave me the "authorization" or and address to return. VERY corrupt, misleading, and criminal--zero customer service! THE. WORST.! Spread the word, DO NOT purchase from Hebos!

My vow renewal is coming up and I hope this dress works.

You can basically only return something if it was damaged by the post office (also only with documentation from the post office of damage). The dress I bought doesn't fit me at all and looks terrible on me, for sizing issues they just suggest that you go to a tailor at your own cost.

The dress arrived in a FedEx bag wrinkled. It is too long and she has decided to return. The quality was good otherwise. How do I get a return label?
