Everything came as described on website & in good quality-not superb quality but for the prices it's a steal. I had to wait awhile to receive my order, I paid $38 or so for standard shipping which I thought was pretty expensive. Overall very good products, price can't be beat.

I received my wedding dress from Hebeos and I was very reluctant because the price was so low but there were so many great reviews. The dress was supposed to have a button back which is the feature photo of the dress. I ordered a standard size with no special alterations or changes. I requested the dress to be sent like the photo. I received the dress and there are no buttons on the back which again is the ONLY detail and there is also a 4" rip in the train of the dress. I email them within an hour of the dress being delivered and they requested photos naturally. I send the photos. They send back, "I am sorry you are not pleased with the dress, but we do have SLIGHT VARIATIONS to each dress because they are made to order. We would like to offer 10% off." What a joke. They did not address the fact that the dress was damaged and still have not addressed it was damaged. After a lot of back and forth through email (they don't have a phone number) I finally had it and told them that I would take 50% refund and keep the dress or a full refund including the $34.00 shipping I paid for a damaged wedding dress to come in 10 days not 20 days. They responded with they will give 40% back of the dress cost or I can return the dress and only get 80% of what I paid back... Their return policy for a DAMAGED dress states that the consumer is entitled to a FULLL REFUND. This has been an absolute nightmare and I am sorry that I even did it and have not had a good experience. I now look at the dress and can't think of the happy thought that I will get to marry my best friend in that. What I do think of is how crappy this company was to deal with and not sending me a completed dress and it's damaged. They are insensitive and insulting to think that 50% back for a damaged and unfinished dress is not fair a fair offer for 2 major mistakes. If they would have offered to have the dress sent back so they could fix it I would have agreed to that as I understand things happen, but no, they don't want to be bothered with doing what's right. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY OR RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I'm sorry I don't like giving bad reviews. But it a low quality fabric and sewing, it is not as seen in the image. To be honest I am disappointed. It's a cheap dress and in fact looks like a cheep dress. I'm sad.

I ordered my wedding dress from them and it was an orangey-cream color instead of champagne. When I tried to return they said it was not their fault. Their responses were inconsistent and they would only offer 80% of the cost minus shipping cost to send it back. Due to it being "custom ordered". Even though I ordered a "size" instead of custom measurements. I opened a dispute then they said they would refund me.

I never received the refund. When I contacted them about it they said they would give me the refund if I closed the dispute. I did and they are back to the same old routine. Steer Clear of this company. It's not worth the stress to save money.
The dress is beautiful and fits almost perfectly, is a little to big for my on my bust, I order any size instead of measurement so I would recommend maybe ordering by size instead, other than that I'm very happy.
My daughter's prom dress arrived as expected. It looks nice on her and fits her well. Good value for the price.
I will say the dress looks great for the most part and fits perfectly, however, all the threading is loose and coming apart.

I needed to reorder because my dress was too big…. The website says that returns can be done but when I contacted customer service they said I couldn't return and order the correct size! Your return policy and what customer service says needs to mirror one another!
I ordered my dress from them for prom and let me just say this is the worst online experience i've ever had. The dress i ordered was basically falling apart. It didn't fit and the arms were on the verge of ripping if i moved them. I took my sizes and i was just a regular size 16 with no modifications so nothing was special about my dress measurements. It was just a plain 16. I asked them for a refund because they offer a 14 day worry free full refund. They offered me 10 percent. I spent 181 dollars WHY WOULD i only want 18 back on a dress that is unwearable( which is what they advertise) it took so much fighting with them to even get up to a 30% refund for me to keep the dress but only 20% if i returned the dress. I'm still in the process of getting my full refund. But the dress was wasn't even how it was advertised. I noted how it was supposed to be open back and mine wasn't and they said i can't expect it to look the same because it is hand made but it is the exact opposite. You have the ability to make it quality and you don't. The flowers were falling off. The zipper barely worked even was the dress wasn't on. I want my money back from them because it's an outright scam. I don't see how they are kept in business. Awful people and awful company.
Had to order a 2nd dress because we didn't know if this one would arrive on time, no way of tracking it. Just took so long! And I even paid for the express shipping, not impressed with that part at all! Don't waste the $$ on that!

Ordered a prom dress and the dress didn't fit in the chest area. I wanted to return it and they wanted pics of damage. Wasn't damaged just doesn't fit! Then they said no refund and there's a 35% restock. Hell no! I said I'd have to pay to get it altered! Then they come back and say 10% back and you will have to alter it. They've lost their freaking mind! Terrible customer service! They shouldn't be in business!

I ordered my daughter's prom dress from Hebeos. We bought shoes, jewelry, and purse for this "perfect" dress. Immediately after waiting weeks for this dress. She tried it on and the zipper is broken. She cries and feels it's too late for a replacement. We contact customer service, via email because they don't have a phone number. We wait two days and no response. I send email again and following day we get a response to send pics. I send pics wait two days and response is: for me to take to tailor and get %10 off for trouble. I decline that offer and state that I want a full refund. Wait three days, response is they can take dress back that I will be charged shipping and restocking fee so to "kindly" accept %20 percent back and keep the ruined dress. I decline that offer and demand a full refund. No response yet. Very disappointed in this experience!
