I ordered a satin dress but when it came it was not satin

I recently ordered my daughter's flower girl dress from this company. They sent me a dress that had blue ink all over the satin in the back. The bow was also broken in the back. I immediately contacted them and sent pictures. They told me to wash it off with hot water. Of course that did not work. I had approximately 12 emails back-and-forth of them fighting with me and not offering to exchange or return. They offered me a 10% discount on a new dress and no money back for the old dress. Their comments and emails to me were rude and snarky meanwhile my daughter is in tears and my wedding is quickly approaching. This was supposed to be a fun experience for her and I and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They still will not make this right and I just don't know what to do. I cannot afford to buy her a whole new dress. I keep trying to add pictures of the dress but for some reason they are not uploading will try again soon.

My daughter find this site for her prom dress. The price was amazing and quality of the material was great!

The Hebeos website is very easy to use! They offer such a wide selection of dresses, from short to long, a-line, ball gowns, and mermaid dresses! There is so much to choose from!

I measured and still the dress did not fit. Can't use the dress.

It was I'll fitting, even after taking my measurements. The dress looked cheaply made and did not look like the picture said it would look like. I'm severely disappointed.

Make sure to look at what the color truly is because it's not what you think

Poor. I was so excited about receiving this dress, but was given a size 10 instead of a 7 and there were rhinestones missing on the halter top.

Easy to use site. Fast shipping. I love all the options. I like that the reviews left by other users were so positive. The photos from the customers helped alot.

The dress fit but the zipper to pull up was not sized right. Its like they sowed the zipper part of the dress to small..

I was very hesitant at first before I made my purchase. Although, I couldn't decide where to get my wedding dress from when I wanted something different and not so much traditional. I've recently received my order a few days ago and could not be more pleased. It's a perfect fit, not bulky, comfortable on every aspect. I'm extremely excited that my mom searched different sites to help me

I've ordered two dresses with Hebeos and they were both beautifully made. But not quite as pictured and definitely not tailored to the measurements I input.
