Customer service was prompt. I ordered 3 dresses with the intent to send 2 back after trying them on. When I asked customer service about this, they wouldnt ship my order until they knew that I would not return any of them. ( I am just reselling them on craigslist). So I said yes, I wont return them, then they shipped them. They need to change the wording on the website, saying- NO RETURNS.

Altering the dress did take a while; however, shipping was quick. The dress is exactly what I ordered. Fits perfect too

My cousin and myself ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. Upon recieving the dresses, my cousin dress was poorly sewn. I ordered a size 14( I'm a size 12). She ordered a 18( she's a 16) we ordered a size up just to be on the safe side. Dresses ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE. Her dress is really tight. Mine doesn't zip pass my lower back. Don't even think of returning or trying to get a replacement. Company is not what it appears to be

The dress I ordered was made cheaply and I didn't like it at all. I tried to return the dress but the don't taje returns if you don't like the dress. Only if you were sent the wrong size or color. Even though I was willinv to purchase a different dress, they don't allow exchanges either. Don't take a chance with your money. RUN!
