The website says refundable, but that is not the case, because you do not know how a dress is going to fit until you try it on, so that is why I ordered from this company. Evidently they find every excuse for you not to be able to return. Every companies sizing runs differently. So that is why I make sure it is refundable. Such a bummer.

Love the dress. Not the experience. Dress was too tight. Couldn't exchange it. Will never purchase from Heobos again. Had to scramble to find and purchase another dress for my granddaughter's wedding. Will definitely read and understand completely any companies policies.

Please please do not make the mistake that I did of trusting this company. I paid extra to have my dress tailored to my size. The dress arrived about a month later and I was in tears over what horrible condition it arrived in. The dress arrived with the lace frayed and torn in several parts and with black spots throughout. Despite the accurate measurements I provided, the dress was almost 3 sizes too big for me. On top of that, the lace pattern was different from what they advertised on their website and the quality was embarrasingly cheap. I had to go out a week before my wedding and buy a completely new wedding dress as the one I received was not even wearable.

To add to this, I contacted the company the day I received the dress and communicated in writing and with pictures that the dress was horribly damaged and made incorrectly. Their response was that I should pay extra to take it to a tailor near me. They refused to ever refund the dress that was completely unwearable even though on their website it clearly states that "You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package."

I am so upset by my whole experience with this company that is a total fraud and I can easily say this has been my worst buying experience ever. I am not the kind of person who has ever taken my time to leave a bad review of a compnay but this experience has been horrible enough that I hope someone reads this and avoids making the same mistake that I did to trust this company, especially when it comes to buying your dress for one of the most important days of your life.

Found the dress I wanted at a lesser price and fast delivery

Your SIZE Chart is TOO small for American Women. My dress was a 8 but I gather I might need a 12 too wear your dresses. $188.00 lost funds for a dress I CANNOT Wear and I cannot exchange it for a larger size.

I messed up my address and they changed it and responded within one day! I love working with them. You wont regret it.

This site is a joke. The dresses only have one photo of the dress for a reason. When you get the product in it looks nothing like what is on their website. One of the dresses was completely sewn wrong and the other was three sizes too big. They will not take a return either. So you get what you pay for, don't waste your time!

My attempts to reach customer service thus far have been unanswered
I want to return dress for full refund but have been unable to get any response despite following website protocol for returning

I expected better quality of the materials but the overall style of the dress is nice.

Terrible experience, they offered a 10% back of a dress that said it was $137, but after all shipping and handling was $200.10% can be return to me from the $137 so $13.70 back to me, wow

To the point. I love the fabric and style options which made it very easy for each bridesmaid to select their style.

Ordering was easy but wish I received better communication on shipping.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing these dresses. Very cheap material and very short return policy.
