It was easy to email and also chase. Dress turned up in time

I didn't research the company before hand so once ordered I thought I best had and then worried a little when I seen people laughing at certain posts on social media. IGNORE those as I am so happy with the price, service, and product.

Fantastic just disappointed by the packaging. Would have been nice to receive it in a box and not a bag that had been open.

The dress itself is amazing perfect quality, fits perfect, exactly like the picture and so heavy and big ( in terms of under skirts Oct- I ordered a ball room gown) I am so very happy - might need altering in length BUT I'm 5"1 so I expected that!

Dress bought for step daughters prom. Dress has arrived and she is devastated - looks absolutely nothing like the dress we ordered, the gold colour is almost green, and the dress looks like it has been made in a primary school. It is uncomrtabel to wear and the zip doesnt go up 1st time in one go

Good company. Great choice of dresses and accessories... there was a problem with flight delay from China so please keep that in mind when you order your dress.

I selected premium delivery which was 4-10 working days. I had to chase on 2 occasions for updates. It finally arrived but 24 hours late for my daughters prom. A very disappointed 16 year old in our house. The dress itself was gorgeous which made her even more depressed that she wasnt able to wear it to her prom. :(
