Replying was bit late but overall it was on time and liked it little tight fitted though

The material of the dress is lovely and the pink colour is also beautiful. However, I ordered the dress a custom size and it came a LOT larger, especially in the bust/back area. The waist and length were fine. It also comes very wrinkled and it had several little stains on it. I had to spend a lot more to get it altered at the tailor and get it dry cleaned. It also took very long for the dress to get here, but that was to be expected and in line with the estimates on the website. Having the dress so large was definitely an unwelcome surprise.

It took an extremely long time to receive an email about updates and confirmation emails etc so I'm and little disappointed.

It's came out exactly how it looks in the picture and i'm glad the size fits me perfectly

The website is easy to navigate through. However, I was not pleased with my order. The dress did not fit despite the fact that measurements were taken and the size was chosen carefully. I have emailed sales support and have been waiting for a response for 4 days already.

Shipping very overpriced, but dress fitted very nicely

I like their dresses and other clothing, but the dress I ordered is not as nice as the one on the website and therefore i will be returning it

As title says... from ordering to delivery the whole process has been very well tracked out

Out of all the places online i personally believe hebeos is the best for gowns etc. they have a huge variety and shipping is quick.

Dress didn't match as showed in picture. No shape at all. Like a bag.

The dress arrived around the time they said it would arrive however I had no tracking email or notification that it had left the store so it was just a waiting game. It's a good quality dress although it doesn't look good on me, I don't really like the colour and it just doesn't flatter me. I thought this was going to be my dress however now I have to try and return it. I have also heard some bad reviews on returning items but we will see.

I bought customised dress arrived very quickly maybe took a month and for well. Good value for this price!
