I am extremely happy with the dress for my sister in law to be only unfortunately we can't get the dress to do up as the top part is a bit bigger so therefore we can't get the zip up but we are making amendment's
When I received a picture of the dress I had ordered I tried to cancel my order. I was told if I did I would lose all the money. I wanted a dress with a sky blue skirt but with the same embroidery as the picture on the website. It is not the dress I ordered. They sent the two dresses that are both substandard quality and the "white" dress is actually salmon pink
Ordering online was very easy - hoping the delivery and dress are as smooth. Go direct to the Chinese website - we had assumed quality control on made to measure garments if through Hebeos this did not happen at all. We now have a made to measure dress that is seriously missized and can't safely be worn.
Ordered dress made to measure. Bottom half good. Top half of dress far too large ( seriously big!). They do not take returms of made to measure even when they have made the incorrect size ( ie not made to measure). Zero customer service. After chasing they agreed to 20% refund. They said to paypal - but we had paid with credit card. When questioned they repeated again paypal... guess what no refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
