Everything arrived crumpled and creased, dresses were squashed into small bags

I gave measurements for the dress to be custom made and when it arrived I was disappointed to say the least. The neckline is different, the bust area doesn't fit correctly, it doesn't show off my waist and the style of it is nothing like. A very negative outcome.

Very very happy! Arrived in the time scale and lovely product. Just make sure you're sizing up a few sizes. I'm a 14:16 ordered a 20. If I'd ordered an 18 it'll be too small.

I ordered this beautiful outfit, on the website they put US size 12 which is the size I wear when I received the outfit, it was small, and it's in fact a UK 12. That was misleading. I am stuck with the outfit, the event is over now and I have sent emails to try and return it but they are not giving me the return address, I want my refund, please.

Too expensive for this material, is look cheep, 1 star rate is too much for this dress, firs and last order

This is my first order with Hebeos. I am extremely satisfied with the service. My emails to ask for information and alterations were answered promptly. The dress arrived in weeks on time. I ordered two prom dresses with my own measurements, one tea length, the other full with a small train. The satin and tailoring was excellent quality and spot on so no need to pay for alterations. I ordered a separate tulle petticoat from Amazon to poof the skirts out even more and they worked perfectly. I wanted HUGE full poofy skirts and they worked perfectly just like the pictures in Hebeos. I ordered pink dresses and they were a lovely baby pale pink. They are exactly like the pictures. They are stunning! I am thrilled with them and can't wait to wear them! My husband used to sell leather and other womens fashions clothing and was very impressed with the quality and loved them. Plenty of material with huge full skirt. If you want to look like Cinderella you won't be disappointed! I can definitely recommend Hebeos and will order from them again with confidence. I shall go to the Ball! One very happy Cinderella!

Good quality good nice stylish live everything love design

The fabrics used were nice enough quality for the price. However the bra pads arrived damaged and some of the measurements were incorrect. Customer service is making a refund very challenging.

Perfect customized dress. Absolutely love it, can't wait my wedding day.

The dress is completely different than is showing on the website. The material is not nice and the dress is not hand-sewn as in the picture. My special day is already ruined because of this experience. I am so disappointed

I had ordered a dress on here and saw some really good reviews online and YouTube so ordered a dress with custom measurements. When it arrived everything was wrong and it didn't even look like the picture. I had to bring it to a tailor and they said it was the worst one they've ever seen! PLEASE don't order from here

If you trade in the Uk albeit on the internet then you should trade fairly and reasonably. I believe I have been misled, paid extra for expedited delivery and no garment arrived. No apology. When it finally arrived it was wrong and faulty.

Just that the it was delivered late but the service was good
