Ordered two dresses for my bridesmaids! They were perfect. Great quality and an affordable price. Arrived quick!

The design is nothing like the picture on the webpage. It is ok but not as glam as what was expected with flowing material. The material is actually sown flat instead of folded criss-crossing.
We also took measures for a good fit and the dress is at least 2 sizes too large, so it will need correcting locally with a tailor.

The most disgusting, unethical company I have ever ordered from.

Ordered a dress for my daughter and it came. The zip was slightly faulty and the dress doesn't fit.

I put in a request for a refund and label. It was declined and told to go and pay for seamstress to fix it.

After emails back and forth and continuously requesting a refund because they have a 'hassle free' 14 day refund still they are refusing to give me my money back. It has been nothing but hassle.

I was the told the dresses are made to order - well are they? I see no evidence of this on the website.

All I want is to send the dress back and get a refund. And most importantly my money back.

Not only is this unethical but it's breach of contract and again the law.

It has now got to the point where I have had to report this company and taken legal action.

Still no refund…

Updates via email and didnt have to wait long for delivery. The quality was good. Great choice of items and the colour of material was beautiful.
